The pool is amazing. The price is really good for this kind of accomodations.

Not the best place for non-smokers. Next to my room, there was a guest smoking all the time. When I asked him to please move a little, he insulted me and tried to come into my room. It was 01 AM and he was very drunk. The staff put me in another room, but it was the worst experience I had in Thailand. The staff should control the guests better.

The room was comfortable, clean and with all you need for a relaxing stay. The toilet was not painted or tiled but it was big, with great shower. Also clean. The outdoor pool was big and clean, with chairs to sit or lie down, and all the gardens around where we'll taken care of. And finally, the price was very good for the quality of the place.

The walls where thin or maybe because it is wooden... I don't know, but you could hear the people from the next room, but they weren't noisy and the rest of the place was peaceful. Some of the staff could be more informed about the plans and transportation options they offer at the front desk. Could be nice to have a kettle and some complementary tea and coffee in the room.

Spent one quick night before crossing over to Laos, and I really enjoyed spending some time at the pool. The room was clean and spacious with a private bathroom, and the hostel staff was helpful with questions about the slow boat/border. The location that google took us to initially was wrong, but the woman at that hotel was able to direct us back here.

You can hear everything in the room next to you, like they are in the room with you, it feels a bit like a summer camp cabin. I had ear plugs, and was able to still enjoy my stay, but something to be aware of.

The books they have you need to buy in stead of exchanging. And the taxi from the border to the slowboat (arranged by hotel) made me wait a long time for other people to arrive so I arrived at 09:39 so I had the worst seat on the boat. With 7:00 pickup at the hotel it would be nice if the second taxi is on time.. especially because it’s super important for the slow boat experience where you are seated

I have stayed here many times. Love this place. We stayed in a budget fan room which was perfect with comfy bed. The swimming pool is a crazy added benefit at this price and families will love it. Short walk to the beautiful views from the Mekong River promenade.

Cannot avoid that the fan rooms are linked wooden huts so you can hear your neighbour. Upgrade to Aircon for greater privacy, still at a fair price though roughly twice that if fan room. Given the price I consider these options to be perfect for all.

The properties pool is a good feature, however got really busy with locals which we weren’t expecting. Very close to 7/11

The rooms are very close together can hear EVERYTHING from all the rooms on the same floor as you! Not really about the property but we didn’t find anywhere nice to eat at all I would make sure this is only a stop over stay for the boat to Laos

On my second night I upgraded to a room with private bathroom. It was spotless, the bed was comfortable. It had nice lighting options, hot water, a great sense of privacy. This room was great value, with pool close by.

My first night I opted for the very affordable rooms, which are only thinly separated from the elements and the neighbours. You are effectively all sharing a room with your neighbours. But for the price this can not be complained about as the setting is serene, the pool was clean, the river close by as well as all amenities.

Camping like environment, swimming pool and garden with jasmine scented flowers and roaming hens, chicks and roosters, strong WiFi, centrally located.

The wooden walls of the cabins are just blocking the view.. The first night two boys staying in the next cabin were unaware of the fact that they could easily be heard from other cabins and went on talking for long.

I stayed in a private room with a bathroom and balcony. The bed was so comfortable, the room was well equipped with a mini fridge, kettle and even a safe. The bathroom was clean and the balcony had mosquito protection so it was nice to sit out at night. Excellent value for money, I would definitely stay here again

We stayed here one night and everything was good. There are restaurants nearby. The bus station to rai or other places is close (10 min by foot or shorter with a tuk tuk). The accommodation also had everything we wanted. But be careful there is also another accommodation 5 mins by foot away where our tuk tuk dropped us off from the thai border.
