The room was very spacious, clean bathroom modern. I had a baby cot upon request with a cute duvet and pillow. The cleaners would clean the room and replace water for you. I particularly loved the hotel staff. They took care of our 9 month old, we even took pictures together. They were constantly looking after her and playing with her and gave us the best experience. I came here to get LASIK done at a nearby clinic, and I very much had a restful experience. Shout out to Aygul for loving my baby so much, we miss you already

Excellent in all aspects. Also location is very clever because you can skip driving in Istambul traffic and you can get Istambul downtown by 2 buses (121A and 15, and a ferry) in 50', paying a total of less than 5€, and enjoying a beautiful sightseeing tour of the Bosphorus. The Staff, was very kind and helpfull, they helped me to assist ( i lost my passport and had to made a application for a Laissez Passer) I am really gratefull Also with the public transport its very easy to go from here to the city center (Taksim) with the Bus to Levent and than metro to Taksim. Wonderfull staff, i know the ones that assisted me (Aygül, Mahmut & Yusuf) When i come back to Istanbul i will book again at Radisson Asia Kavacik. Also the room was clean and big and very modern. I had a few issues with the room however the hotel team was very attentive and quickly provided solutions. Especially Dogukan Bey was very helpful to get these sorted out. In the morning, the reception was already giving me report on when and how things were going to be sorted and when I came back, all was fixed. Very friendly staff.

I didn't like the cleaner behavior in our floor , she is unfriendly and not cute at all, she even doesn't smile during all our stay which was 7 days

The hotel is very well located, if you have things to do in both European and Asian sides of Istanbul, this is a very good choice. The room is very spacious compared to other Park Inns. They also have a parking lot under the building, which is very important if you have a car as it is hard to find a parking space in the neighborhood.

Very friendly staff. Clean room. The hotel has everything that you need. Especially restaurant at the hotel is a savor when you need to grab something quick.

Restaurant open only until 9 PM and the hamburger meat is deep frozen. Most of the dishes are OK though.

Value for Money for short trip. It’s in Asia side so traveling to Europe side would be a hassled so choose wisely if you are on holiday. We were on work trip so it was convenient for us.

Air conditioning very poor. TV channels limited. No hooks to hang bath robes. Minibar fridge doesn’t cool much.

Very good hotel. Helpful staff and room was cleaned every day. Fitness centre available for guests and nice food served. Breakfast choice was excellent best I have ever seen
