Honestly, everything was perfect – I truly have nothing to complain about. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The entire atmosphere of the hotel made me feel relaxed, valued, and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless and beautifully furnished, the view was breathtaking, and every service – from housekeeping to dining – was outstanding. It's rare to find such consistency in quality, and The Grand Tarabya truly delivered on every level. I can genuinely say that my experience was flawless – I left with only wonderful memories and the desire to return as soon as possible.

We stayed as a family and enjoyed everything. The staff were excellent and friendly, the breakfasts were delicious, the room was spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the Bosphorus. It takes 30-50 minutes by taxi to reach the historic center of Istanbul, depending on traffic. Once, we needed a scale to weigh our luggage, and it was delivered to our room within 5 minutes. The spa complex was also very good. One morning, we overslept and missed breakfast, so we ordered it to the room for an additional charge. We also frequently ordered tea and drinks to the room. Upon checkout, the hotel kindly waived the charges for these orders as a complimentary gesture.

For me , The Grand Tarabya Hotel is one of the most beautiful destinations in Istanbul, the bosphorus room view is amazing, thanks Mr.Eray from the front disk for your professional work and your kindness, Mr.Eray was in our help all the time of our stay .

We've tried some top hotels in Istanbul and this by far was the most comfortable, clean, elegant and beautiful. Service is impeccable 👌🏻 I didn't think hotels still uphold this level of standard in these times. We felt like we were home. We took the bosphorus view room with balcony and it really made a huge difference to the stay so we definitely recommend this hotel on your next trip to Istanbul.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always willing to improve the customers satisfaction which is something i liked. also, the two women gikdom (sorry for the name misspelling), Melissa and the other man were very kind to me! All the whole reception were respectful and had good manners. Adding the salon, they were surprisingly skillful and respectful! Also gentle with my hair. Staying in this hotel was worth it.

The Hotel is located in one of the best living areas of Istanbul far north of the center directly on the Bosporus. Hotel rooms are very nice decorated and equiped. Breakfast variety was very good and staff at the recption was very helpful and fluently in English.

The restaurant staff was in general also nice but spoke only very limited English (we are in a 5* Hotel!). We had a drink at the restaurant - Aperol Prosecco for EUR 20 per glass which at the end did not taste well...
