The location is great as it's just a short walk to the mall, which has everything you need for quick tourist errands (mobile shops, clothing, restaurants, department stores, makeup shops). There’s a good mix of casual and fine dining options nearby. The area felt really safe and secure. Our junior suite was spacious, clean, and had two TVs (perfect if one of us wanted to watch something else :P ). There was plenty of storage for luggage and coats, and toiletries were provided. One of the coolest things--our bottled water was delivered by a robot! other plus points: -large gym with great equipment, and a relaxing adult-designed indoor swimming pool with whirlpool jacuzzi and loungers for relaxation. -never had to wait for the elevator--helpful and multilingual staff-- big help -Incredible breakfast buffet with fresh jams, local cheeses, breads, and desserts. The chocolate fountain was a hit with the kids! (really loved their breakfast) -forest view from our room created a peaceful atmosphere. -Convenient location.30-minute drive to the airport, 40 minutes to the old town. -I loved their Radisson Collection chocolate box!!t's made in-house and prepared at least 1 hour before purchase. Just let the reception know in advance. Totally worth the price! -my boy loved seeing his name on the TV. It made him feel really happy. A big thank you to Bogrum at the reception for that thoughtful touch!

The property it was amazing, everything and every details it was just amazing, the housekeeping always on time, the operators always answering and available whenever you request for something they are coming immediately, Room service on time and the food was delicious, the hotel staff make our stay easy and amazing from the day one i felt that is the right choice from the check in with Serhat he was so helpful with a good communication skills for a 5 star hotel and more, he was always available and helpful, I cannot thank him enough, whoever want spend a good vacation in amazing hotel with a full professional staff from all the departments, Big thank to the bellboys who helped us during check out and specially the bellboy who was night shift during our stay ( sorry i forgot your name ), thanks for all of you, be proud of yourself guys you made me more than satisfied ❤️❤️❤️

The room is comfortable and spacious, with the garden view on the vadi being spectacular and relaxing. Hotel is conveniently situated next to vadi istanbul mall and surrounded by bistro, cafes and restraunts, overall atmosphere is relaxed and chill. This my second visit and highly recommend to both solo travellers and families.

Rooms can get a little dusty, hotel was more generous with guests in the past they kept fruits and sweets in rooms as little gifts, this practice was stopped on my recent trip.

The rooms are bigger than most in that area. The hotel is situated in perfect distance (with train or taxi) to the center of the city and with easy access on a highway, which was very practical since we were going to Cappadocia and get out of the rush traffic both coming in and going out. The hotel has a big parking ... which is usually a challange in Istanbul. We stayed twice on the way to Cappadocia and on the way back. Both time we tried rooms with Forest and City view ... if you ask me City view is better. Forest view one was looking towards construction site. The hotel is in Vadistanbul neighborhood, which means you have many restaurants, a mall and lots of shops on less than 50-100 meters.

The breakfast could be improved. For the price of it you can have a taxi and a first class breakfast in expensive and excellent restaurants on the Bosporus.

The family and I had an exceptional vacation. Everything was organized for us, from choosing room to suggesting excursions. all thanks to Mrs Ikram who did a wonderful job planning our trip, and looked after us until the day of our departure. The service met our satisfaction and beyond. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and made us feel at home. The location of the hotel provides everything you need from a vacation, from shopping next door at Vadistanbul Shopping Mall, to eating good food from large selection of restaurants nearby and relaxing at the hotels wellness centre.

Very clean and luxury hotel. Amazing staff, very helpful and attentive. The location is also great. Beautiful photogenic developments in the area, a nice view of the forest, a nice shopping centre nearby and top rated restaurants within the walking distance. Amazing clean pool for relaxing and enjoying the view. Top notch breakfast menu that doesn’t disappoint. Honestly the photos don’t do the justice for this hotel.

If you stay at this hotel, you wouldn’t want to go to any other hotel.

This is not my first visit; I booked a room nearly a year ago, and once again, I was pleasantly surprised, as if it were my first time. The staff, from the maintenance personnel to the receptionists, were all excellent. Mr. Ali Reza, in particular, whom I complimented personally, and whom I will commend again here, demonstrated exceptional kindness and a willingness to assist with anything I needed. While the breakfast was average, the dinner I ordered through room service was outstanding.

I like Marriotte hotels in general as they have high standards. Prices are fare. Staff were very helpful and not pushy at all! Location is attached to a number of restaurants with seatings outside and indoor. Near by a Mall with lots of brands. Excellent and clean prestigious area of residence surrounding hotel. Quite area and suitable for family!

Breakfast was a bit lower standards compared to the hotel known name and standards. Everyday was the same food. Plates sometimes were dirty and had to replace them. Management must check and correct this immediately so people do not get sick!

It is not my first time to stay in this lovely hotel . It maintained the superior and fascinating attitude. This time I was unhappy on check in that I got the room on opposite side of the mountain but next morning I loved that room and I was so happy to get the room that face the sun rise with beautiful view of the green mountains . It seems that the size of the room is bigger than other rooms those looks to the mountain . What attract my attention that the staff will help you to carry what ever you carry in your hand from shopping mall and delivered to your room with smiling face as if you are in Asia . I did not noticed this behavior in another hotels in Istanbul
