The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was nice and there was a thick curtain for the late sleepers like me. It was quiet in the mornings, and the bed was very comfortable, with lots of pillows. I was surprised to learn there is a pool as I didn't pay attention to this when booking. The pool was warm and big enough for me (though I went swimming at 8am and swam alone). The location of the hotel is perfect on ~7 mins from the metro and 3 mins from the buses for the ITU. I liked the surroundings - lots of small shops and places to eat. It was safe enough to come back from the metro past 12.

I asked at the reception for someone to wash the floor, as there was one sticky spot but they didn't (maybe they didn't understand me, I don't know). I cleaned it up myself and all was fine. I really enjoyed my stay there.

I have stayed several times at Bilek. I am happy to see the same faces at the reception desk. It means a lot. I left my charging cable for my computer behind at my last stay, and they kept for me in their lost and found. Thank you. When I checked out, the sent an employee who took care of my travel cases and stopped a taxi for me, thank you for looking out.

THe only thing I have to say, is there are not enough electrical sockets in the room for our needs today.

I keep staying here since years because of the hotel's very convenient location to metro, the Istanbul banking district and even to the airport, who is just a 30 minutes ride by taxi away. This time I particularly liked how the hotel management had used the time to work on past shortcomings. The lobby is now shining bright and makes an inviting impression. Some furniture was replaced by modern pieces and the bar is working in evening hours....and most important: the friendly and helpful staff is still around. I liked it a lot and I will certainly return to Bilek, whenever my path will take me to Istanbul again.

The hotel was great. In terms of location, it is situated on a main street with numerous transportation options, and a 5-minute walk to a metro station. Additionally, it is surrounded by many restaurants. The room was amazing with a nice view.

I can't think of anything I did not like

The hotel was great. The staff and the manager Mustafa went out of their way to open the gym for us before official working hours. The food selection for breakfast was great, and there is a plethora of restaurants in the vicinity. The hotel is 200m away from a metro station that tskes you directly to Taksim square and the bazaar. Highly recomended.

Central very good Location, walking distance from metro station, staff very helpful and responsive use the pool and the Turkish path it’s really good and relaxing .. free of charge.. Sahra thank you very much you are one of the best performing reception staff, you are a five star ⭐️ I will for sure be back again in my next stay ,,

I think the hotel can do better for breakfast variety

The rooms and bathroom were very large, there was 24/7 room service, the staff were nice, I would go back there again

There were homeless dogs close by and I don’t know why the city would not care for them. It was really sad

Staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous, I’d like to nominate the front office manager Mr Turhan Ural, Mr Belboy Hasan and Mr Sahra Tarkan. Also liked the rooms decorations and perfumers in the hotel

No proper coffee in the restaurant, only the Nesspresso type.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. One day, the housekeeping forgot to put bath towels in the room and also leave 2 carton cups for coffee, but I found a room attendant in the morning and she gave me 2 bath towels. Unfortunately also the taxi is a problem in Istanbul. The taxi to the airport on Monday omitted to put on the meter! It's little things which could be improved. The Staff at the reservation desk are helpful.
