The hotel was in a very nice neighbourhood and was close to metro and bus stations. The rooms were a bit small but very tidy and clean. The breakfast was really really good.

The hotel was located on a steep hill and the walk from subway station or the main street to the hotel was a 10-15 min CHALLENGE for some one who is not athletic (like me😁) The provided toiletries could improve and could include toothbrush and tooth paste. The pillows and the blanket could also improve

The staff. Always very friendly and helpful. Constantly cleaning to keep the common areas spotless. Work kept me stuck in the lobby on my laptop through most of my stay. The kind staff brought me fresh Turkish tea - and an occasional coffee - a few times per day. Seems very good camaradie amongst the staff seems they genuinely enjoy working there and it shows through on the character of the property. The location. Quiet back-street in an upcoming SME commercial area. A few minutes walk to the metro.

Missing a toaster at the breakfast. Also, not many dinner options in the neighborhood.

The calm music and lights meet you in the reception area. The room, including the bathroom, is enouth clean. You can easily walk to the hotel from the metro station, but you should find the right exit from the metro :))

When I made booking, I asked about the room in upper floor and calm, but I recieved the number on the first floor directly above the entrance, where was also the open cafe. So, I heared to the conversation in humans who were down. Also, be ready to stay without breakfast if you leave the hotel before 7am. There is no options to take off, or have an early breakfast.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated in a peaceful area while still being close to the metro and a large shopping mall for those interested in shopping. The room was clean, spacious, and featured nearly blackout-quality curtains which is great. The bathroom was also clean and had a good shower. The staff was very accommodating, with the front desk open 24/7. Breakfast was diverse and satisfying, providing a convenient start to the day without the need to search for a meal elsewhere. Guests could choose to dine outside in the sunshine or inside during inclement weather.

Truly, the only drawback of our stay was the pillows. They were incredibly uncomfortable, to the point that we opted to sleep without them. The mattress was excellent, and the sheets were pleasant and smelled fresh, BUT the pillows really need improvement 🙏

The location is very good, in a quiet part of istanbul that doesn't see a lot of foot traffic from tourists and is a nice little hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is a metro within walking distance that will take you pretty much anywhere you want to go. But the shining jewel is Murat, who works the front desk and is one of the most accommodating and generous hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He will always help you with a smile on his face and is more than happy to provide you recommendations for every activity in Istanbul. The hotel is very good but with Murat is becomes even better!

Not much to say. The hotel runs on one central heating/cooling system and there was one night where it was very hot and if you change the system it needs to be changed for the whole building but ultimately not a problem.

I spent a night here in November 2024. From many points of view it's an ideal place if you stay for a night in Istanbul changing flights. The hotel is close to the underground station and about 10 minutes from the airport. The city centre is in the reach by the underground or taxi. Everything is clean and brand new, the staff is super friendly and helpful. And everything is for a reasonable price.

There was a buffet breakfast that had a reasonable choice and it was not too far to walk to the big shopping centre.

There was limited cooking utensils. My wife accidentally broke the toilet seat which we admitted but they insisted that we paid for it. We could just have left without saying anything, being honest did not pay!

I’m in love with this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were travelling with a baby and a toddler and every time we needed to go up and down the stairs, someone from the crew would come and help us. The check in was easy and fast. The room was very spacious, modern and clean. The food at breakfast was very tasty and there was something for everyone.

That’s just me being very picky. Pillows could be better, ones that were in our room just weren’t comfortable. Also we had a kitchen in our room, but I didn’t find any plates or anything to cook with, like a pan.
