The hotel was in an excellent location, close to many good restaurants. It was pleasantly quiet compared to the central tourist places I used to stay in. Nonetheless, it was well connected with public transport and taxis so that we could visit various places easily. Breakfast was fantastic, with a variety of options every other day, including fresh fruits and pastries, and nice catering. Very clean rooms! Excellent spa with a clean swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, all of which were very well equipped with lockers, showers, and other facilities. The fitness room was also very well equipped with many machines and training equipments. The staff was very helpful and assisted us with our airport trip and provided many other tips. Overall, one of the best places I have been to. I will visit again and highly recommend it to everyone!

I stayed at this hotel because I was attending a business event organized there. It is an excellent hotel, with all facilities. The business centre had everything we needed. There are two restaurants and a sports centre, the rooms are big and the WiFi connection worked perfectly. The hotel is not in the city centre, but it is very close from a metro station, directly connected to both the city and the airport.

The hotel proposed a private driver service from the airport. This is definitely something to avoid. The entire thing was very unprofessional, I had to call and email when I arrived, as no one was there to pick me up. Once the person appeared, he was not the driver, but some kind of facilitator who made me wait in the rain for 10 minutes before the driver arrived. I had a colleague who arrived at the other Istanbul airport and had a similar experience. The cost of this service, around 100 euros, is more than double of other transfer services, definitely not worth it.

When we booked, the price was comparable to boutique hotels and included breakfast. But there were a few negative reviews, we weren’t entirely sure what to expect. However, every staff member we interacted with was incredibly kind. They even upgraded our room. I gave them my suit to be ironed, but they didn’t charge me, saying it was already in good condition. He even opened the pockets of the suit for me. The gym and pool were good for a hotel, and the game area was a great bonus. The location was also very convenient.

I think the room cleaning should be improved.

My stay was wonderful! The housekeeper, Yilmaz, did an amazing job the room was spotless and very well maintained. Room service was quick and efficient, and the bellboys were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall, a great experience!

there was a spa, there was no therapist available during the entire 10days of my stay, which was disappointing.

Excellent location near Zorlu Centre with stunning views of the bridge and Asian side, plus a delicious top-floor breakfast with a breathtaking panorama.

The biggest disappointment was the lack of parking, despite being a 5-star hotel and stating that parking is available, there was none provided, forcing guests to pay 500-600 TL per day at a nearby ISPARK, which is unacceptable and should be either clearly stated or compensated.

The hotel was recommended by someone who works in the tourism industry. We were pleasantly surprised with the level of hospitality, cleanliness, comfort and everything one expects from this level of hotels. Melih Ahmetcanoğlu welcomed us on our arrival, being very courteous. The views of the city both at night and during the day did not disappoint. the breakfast had a vast selection of items for any preference. we stayed only for one night as we were in transit but we shall definitely return. We asked for airport transfer both on arrival and for departure. Everything was delivered to high levels. Thank you.

Our stay at hotel was wonderful. Helpful and kind staff, from the reception to the restaurant and pool. Two additional folding beds were provided without any questions. Wonderful view from the room and restaurant window. Very good breakfast. Large tables for big families. There is a metro station (Gayrettepe) nearby and a direct line without transfers to the IST airport.

Many guest are in the same hotel after a hair transplant surgery. While breakfast its hard to see all the injuries and feel the pain. It looks like a horror movie. What should I say to the hotel staff? They cannot banned the guest. But it’s helpful to have separate area for them?

Location ( just a few steps from the metro station which comes from and goes directly at istanbul aeroport) The staff were so polite and helpfull. Especially front desk ms. Esra Breakfast very good and the restaurant is spacious with a beautiful view to enjoy it.

The rooms are all old style with carpet and unfortunatelly smells a lot.

Cleanliness of the room. Cemile kept it in very good shape and respond my requests promptly. Technical service also respond quickly when I called. Breakfast had lots of choices. I did not get bored even though I stayed 7 days. It is a non-fuss place that you can truly relax.
