The property was perfectly located in central Istanbul with easy access to Taksim , Galata, Sultan Ahmed and literally 5 minutes from Florence Nightingale hospital. Excellent location, clean rooms, super friendly helpful stuff at the reception and restaurant/ bar. The cleaning service is very good too. There is an excellent choice of food for breakfast.

I can’t say there is anything in particular that I didn’t like

It is very clean (shiny clean) and comfortable. Staff is extremely polite, friendly and helpful:) We had breakfast and everything was delicious! The bed is also comfortable. Amazing!

Location is good, but it is located next to a very busy highway. Our room was facing the highway. That's why it was slightly noisy. On the other hand, windows are isolated properly. Noise is minimised as much as possible. It is not the most silent neighbourhood, but nothing is wrong about the hotel.

the showers does not have water coming from the up of your head just a small one on the wall some rooms have noise from out side i had to change the room when they give you room for couple they dont have king bed or queen bed they just connect two single bed together and there is still space between the beds and dont have a sheet to make it comfortable and connected the carpets are very old and dirty they should change it

Friendly and professional staff, excellent value for money, good breakfast, location.

Maybe a bit of renovation. Also would have loved to turn on the cooling AC as it was a bit hot in Istanbul on dates of stay (AC was locked to warm). Opening window is an option but it's too noisy outside due to high traffic. But all on all a pleasant stay, would come back again.

Very clean and helpful staff. My wife was ill and they made her soup and brought it yoo the room . It was also her birthday and they brought a card and cake to the room .

Just that they don't provide enough shower gels in the room. We had to ask them everyday.

I had to arrive in Istanbul at 7am, and when I got to the hotel. They were a very kind staff at the reception let me in my room .. I totally appreciate him🙏. And a warm greetings to Mr. Azak whom was very welcoming and kind.

Nice hotel, close to the highway, Mecidiyeköy is very vibrant. Close to Cevahir shopping mall and metro.

The hotel contacted me and apologised and corrected this mistake. Even though we booked breakfast included the hotel claimed that the breakfast wasn't included. This is not an acceptable behaviour.

Location, staff, room service. Hotel was great overall. Room was silent which was perfect during my exam preparation. Food from room service was really tasty.

They don’t allow food delivery from outside.

Hotel was comfortable and clean, the staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. Its location was central and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely choose it again.
