From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel welcome and ensured I had everything I needed. The apartment itself was a real treat – bright, airy, and spotlessly clean. Location truly makes this place shine. With supermarkets and restaurants right at your doorstep. Bus stop is just 2 minutes away ( Bus number 66 takes you to Taksim Square ), while the metro station is 10-minute walk. Cevahir mall is a walkable 15 minutes away. The apartment comes with a free car park. Highly recommended!

Everything is absolutly perfect at Walton. The staff is so friendly and helpful, the rooms are always really clean, the cleaning ladies are all very polite, do a good job and we also have the trust to leave our belongings in the room without a problem. The location has an underground parking which is awesome, the car is always protected. The location is great if you want to feel the real authentic way of living in the european part of Istanbul. On the streets around the hotel you find absolutly everything you need and the big plus is that it's not exactly a "tourist" area so everything will be normal priced. It's the second time i'm staying at Walton and as the first time everything was on superlative. Will always come back here when in Istanbul.

The property is located in a busy area which makes it easier because everything is available near by. The staff are amazing, so helpful, welcoming and always smiling especially Mr Abdulrahman who assisted us throughout the stay and impressed us with his professional demeanor. The rooms are clean and very nice, we slept comfortably. Unfortunately we did not have time to have breakfast but I observed it was good with many varieties. Overall our stay was pleasant.

The only I can suggest is to have new towels, the towels were grey color and look overused so I didnt feel comfortable using them. However every thing else was great.

Walton is a nice, clean and unbelievably quiet hotel (although as we all know Istanbul never sleeps) offering fair services for the paid amount. It's also pet friendly, this being the main reason for our choice as our friends travelled with their doggies.The personell is really nice, the reception staff is very helpful and they speak good English and the cleaning ladies are super nice and always smiling. The location is good if you want to experience Istanbul as it is, with not that many tourists around and no fancy places. I enjoyed walking around and observing the fascinating human diversity, their interesting flee, improvised markets, you can deeply feel their culture in these really simple things. In the proximity of the hotel you can also find some absolutely delicious traditional pies and best beyti ever (my absolute favourite Turkish dish) within just 5 minute walking distance. Maybe a bit far from center but you can easily get an uber and go wherever you want. In a way, this hotel offered me an unexpected experience 🩷

Maybe the parking facilities could be improved, it was overcrowded and our friends even got their car bumped into.

There is a resiptionist called Norhan,, she is super kind super cooperative with us, she welcome guests with a big smile and she help us with a couple of issues about changing our apartment and other things, regard the location was great , size of the apartment more than convenient, i liked the breakfast was Turkish breakfast.

I hang on handle door with Donot disturb sign, and some one from the staff entered the room, i found a plate with fruit on top of the table, i asked they said its a treat for Eid, I dont like this, suppose to not enter the room.

The best, certainly. The team is helpful, enthusiastic, and quite helpful. The room is just as stated. The furniture is new and clean, as are the beds and mattresses, and the rooms are changed and cleaned every day. I appreciated the existence of all electrical gadgets, including the washing machine, dishwasher, clothes iron, ironing board, oven, microwave, and clothes dryer. And all the essentials were present. It was really quiet with no disruption. I tried the breakfast, which was tasty and fresh with various options.There is a very vibrant area next to the hotel where you can walk to numerous attractions, and the Sisli district is well-known for being one of the greatest. 10/10 Truly a more than wonderful experience. The hotel is well-located near many small shops. The lobby is spacious and nicely decorated. Staff were very friendly and supportive, and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The room was spacious, featured a jacuzzi, and the provided amenities were sufficient.

The room had no view, which was expected for the area. There were a few toilet issues that were fixed the following day. The entrance to the hotel is narrow, and there is only one compact elevator. The room lacked a mirror.

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Ozgur and Abdelrahman, and I must say that their assistance and hospitality were truly outstanding. Ozgur and Abdelrahman exhibited excellent professionalism throughout our interactions. They were punctual, organized, and maintained a high level of professionalism at all times. It was evident that they took pride in their work and were committed to providing the best possible experience for their guests. What impressed me the most was their ability to tailor their assistance and hospitality to my individual preferences. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and then personalized their services accordingly. This level of attentiveness made me feel like a VIP and ensured that my stay was tailored to my liking.

Abdur Rahman and Nouran were so helpful and accommodating. They helped me with all my questions with local knowledge of the area. Will be coming back again to this hotel in a few months. The queen bed was really comfortable along with the jacuzzi.

The apartments are of a good size, well maintained, well equipped and very clean. modern stylish look of the rooms. Comfortable beds, our kids loved their bed so much. New furniture and appliances. Very professional and friendly staff working in the residences. Abdulrahman and Noorhan were very helpful, as well as the other guys (apologies, didn’t know their names). All our requests were attended immediately and in friendly manners. Also I would like to thank the lady that arranged our breakfast everyday. Despite the language barrier she was doing her best to assist with our additional requests with pleasant smile. Even though it is the same set of breakfast every day, still it’s a nice selection of light options to start the day.

Location of the hotel is a bit tricky. Area is very crowded during the day. No idea how to reach anything by walking as we were on the car, but I think it’s a bit far to get to metro for those who stay in Istanbul without car.
