The location, although far from Taksim, was good because the metro station was just 5 minutes away.Right next to the Trump Towers and a shopping center.

The apartment was extremely small for a family of five. Essentially, although we thought there would be five beds, there was only one double bed and two sofas, only one of which could be unfolded. We had to take turns sleeping in the bed to get some rest. Additionally, there was just one small bathroom. Our biggest issue was on the last night, right before we started our road trip back, when the room next door threw a party and were laughing and shouting until 5 in the morning. Despite our complaints and those of the reception, unfortunately, they did not stop. We didn’t sleep at all.

Location is perfect for this price. Personal is very friendly. First place in Turkey with good pillows and big blanket. Sleeping was perfect. Two different size child beds.

Hotel needs renovation.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. He helped us to book a 9 persons midi van to the airport in the very early morning with a reasonable price. The location of the building is almost in front of the backdoor of the Trump Tower Mall. very close to Metro (subway) and easy to reach the attractions. The rooms are spacious with kitchen; fridge & washing machine. Everyday they cleaned the apartment and provided toilet paper and clean towels.

Properties conveniently located next to a really good shopping mall. It is also very close to the metro. There are lots of restaurants and fun places in the area. It’s very close to the main road but far enough that you don’t hear the loud noise at night so you can get a good nights sleep.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The amenities exceeded my expectations, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The reciption officer othman is very helpful and kind. The hotel is front Trump tower mall, near cevahir mall, and tram station.

Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and service were there as expected. Comfy and close to everything. İt can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. Great experience! And for the price, quality and location. The apartments are new, fresh and comfortable - the rooms have everything for a family vacation. Near the Trump Tower Mall - the entrance is opposite the hotel - shopping and dining are nearby. Metro, metrobus, bus etc. 100 m You can reach everywhere - quickly. Polite, friendly hotel staff. All in all, when I had the pleasure of staying here in October, my experience was absolutely incredible. and lastly especially Mr Osman enhanced my already wonderful experience. Mr Osman was my most helpful adviser. His hospitality really surprised me. He was always supportive before going to the airport and helping whenever needed. His presence has made my last few hours less hectic. In short - everyone is satisfied, we recommend!

No mosquito nets, windows were not very nice. Not the cleanest room I've ever seen.
