From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Mr. Mertcan, who greeted me with a big smile and even upgraded my room—such a thoughtful gesture that made my experience feel extra special. Because of Mr. Mertcan's outstanding hospitality, I decided to extend my stay. The entire hotel staff is incredibly professional, and everyone speaks English, which made communication effortless. A special thanks to the morning chef for preparing a delicious egg omelet—it was truly one of the best I’ve had! Overall, the exceptional service and warm atmosphere made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay at The Craton Hotel in Şişli! Upon arrival, the staff kindly upgraded us from a standard room to a spacious one-bedroom suite free of charge. The suite was beautifully furnished, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The service throughout our stay was outstanding — everyone was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The hotel’s location is excellent, within walking distance of major shopping malls, restaurants, and public transportation. We truly appreciated the generous upgrade and the warm hospitality we received. Thanks to all the team for making our stay so special. We highly recommend The Craton Hotel and would definitely choose it again for our next trip to Istanbul!

This isn’t my first time staying at this hotel, and there’s a good reason I keep coming back whenever I’m in Istanbul for a short stay. The location is unbeatable—just a few steps from the metro station, bus stops, and right next to a large shopping mall, which makes getting around the city incredibly easy. The hotel itself is consistently clean and comfortable. The rooms are spacious enough to fit three people comfortably, which is great when traveling with family. The breakfast offers a decent variety of options to start the day right. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient place to stay, and the location is exactly what keeps bringing me back.

A superb location, close to the centre of town, a few minutes from a metro station, and a very well appointed hotel with excellent facilities and services. The gym, spa and pool are super - the biggest gym I've ever seen in a hotel, and with dozens of top-notch exercise machines, and helpful staff. The sauna, steam rooms and hamam are super, and the pool is a good size, clean and warm. Breakfast is very good with a huge variety of breakfast goods to suit any taste, and offered for a decent period of time, especially at weekends. The rooms are clean, warm, air conditioned and well appointed, cleaned daily and with plenty of towels and bathrobes. Food in general in the hotel is well-cooked, fresh ingredients, tasty and reasonable value for a hotel - there are plenty of local eateries and coffee shops to choose from. The staff are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. My only issue was I couldn't access the free wi-fi, though that was probably down to me not the hotel! I'll certainly be back and will make The Craton my bolt-hole when staying in Istanbul.

There's nothing that I didn't like about The Craton - it's a very good and excellent value hotel. One thing I found frustrating was not being able to access the free wif-fi, though this was really very minor and probably down to me and not the hotel.

The room was incredibly clean, safe and the location was perfect! In addition, Okay, here's a review of the hotel's reception staff: The reception staff at this hotel were absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. Check-in was quick and efficient, and the staff took the time to explain all the hotel's amenities. The curtains were not enough to block out the sunlight and there was a slight noise disturbance from the street because the window overlooked the street.

The hotel staff especially Cem at reception was always helpful, when I checked in they put me in a room at 8th floor to have a nice viewz but due to my scare of heights he changed it to 2nd floor for me which was much appreciated! Day staff also great at reception and enjoyed a massage at the spa!

The restaurant/lobby team was slow/not present around, many times we had to go reception to ask for them and they would be called out for us to order. I believe it could be improved by having the waiters checking the lobby every maybe 30 minutes or so to see if customers would want something or if everything is fine.

Location. location, location! The hotel is in an affluent part of Istanbul, surrounded by high-rise apartment blocks, Starbucks, Carrefour, loads of cafes, restaurants, the largest mall in Isantbul, Sevahir, and so much more. We used to walk around the neighbourhood every morning, we loved it! The Metro station of Sisli is just a 2 mins walk away which made travelling around Istanbul so much easier. We had a nice view of the Bosphorous from our room on the upper floors along with a very large and comfy bed. The hotel itself has a cafe and restaurant, and we had dinner there once, which we really liked.

Breakfast could have been better. On hindsight, since there are so many cafes and a Starbucks nearby, we could have skipped breakfast at the hotel and eaten outside. The coffee served by the hotel was excellent though!

Ms Burcu at the reception greeted me warmly, and Ms. Zeliha, the room cleaning agent, ensured that my room was always impeccably clean and comfortable. Moreover, the Customer Relations Manager, Sibel Özer, was incredibly attentive, making sure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. They all went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and ensured that all my needs were met promptly and with a smile. The hotel itself is impeccably maintained, with spotless rooms and common areas that made my stay extremely comfortable. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness and the high standards of hygiene maintained throughout the property, which made me feel safe and well-cared for during my visit. Thank you, for providing such a wonderful and memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, comfort, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.
