The rooms were expansive and immaculate, adorned with contemporary and pristine furniture. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained. A special thanks to Mr. "Kaan" for his friendly and helpful attitude; he graciously upgraded us from a deluxe double room to a one-bedroom apartment. This gesture made our stay at the hotel truly exceptional. Thank you once again, Kaan. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.

Everything was phenomenal. The only concern I have is the traffic noise from the road during the day, which is not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is at an excellent location. Excellent proximity to Cevahir Mall. Close to Sisli Meto station. The area is full of shops and restaurants. Connection to public transportation is simple and easy. Sisli Mosque is next door. There is a great coffee shop near by the opens early in the morning. Big supermarket across the street Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Would like to thank Erhan, Ozdemir and Rula from the staff. Thank you very much!

I had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I especially want to mention Remi and Ahmet at the front desk — they were kind and helpful. I’d also like to thank Rana and Nergis from the cleaning staff. I really appreciated the care they took in keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was very convenient. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

the furnitures need to be renewed, the internet is slow, the cleaning service don’t clean the room well specially the toilet

Excellent location in the middle of essential services and a few steps away from the most beautiful mall in Istanbul, restaurants are nearby and everything is available.

The reception was good, especially Mr. Hassan at the hotel reception. He was a very helpful man and helped me with a late check out of about four hours.

The friendly and helpful staff. The cleaners Ramziya and Shukriya were great. They did a good job cleaning our room in a short time and left it clean and fragrant.

The Iinternet connection could be improved. It would be spotty, especially late at night, and whenever I wanted to connect my ipad I had to go downstairs to the lobby.

The location is great, near metro station, with good conection to different parts of the city. The room / suite was cosy, spacious, with two bathrooms, very comfortable and without noise. The staff was really nice, the receptionist Kaan was helpful and efficent!!

Very safe for family. Decent staff. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Spacious room & toilet. 5 minutes walk to Cevahir Shopping Centre & metro & subway. Next to two local small restaurants with good breakfast & other meals. MC Donald's is just around the corner.

Water cattle wasn't clean. Thats why we couldn't have coffee. I would appreciate seeing more effort by the housekeepers in setting the beds. It's a good hotel, but it had a 3 star look & feel despite the high rate per night. It's slightly noisy if you are a light sleeper.
