I recently stayed at the Grand Aras Hotel & Suites and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, which made it easy to get around. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, with comfortable beds and good amenities. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive whenever I had a request. Breakfast offered a good selection, and the dining area was comfortable. I also appreciated the hotel’s overall atmosphere—it felt welcoming and safe. A couple of small areas for improvement could be updating some of the décor and ensuring quicker service during peak breakfast hours, but these were minor compared to the overall positive experience. I would recommend Grand Aras Hotel & Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great value in a convenient location.

The rooms were expansive and immaculate, adorned with contemporary and pristine furniture. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained. A special thanks to Mr. "Kaan" for his friendly and helpful attitude; he graciously upgraded us from a deluxe double room to a one-bedroom apartment. This gesture made our stay at the hotel truly exceptional. Thank you once again, Kaan. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.

Everything was phenomenal. The only concern I have is the traffic noise from the road during the day, which is not the hotel's fault.

The hotel is at an excellent location. Excellent proximity to Cevahir Mall. Close to Sisli Meto station. The area is full of shops and restaurants. Connection to public transportation is simple and easy. Sisli Mosque is next door. There is a great coffee shop near by the opens early in the morning. Big supermarket across the street Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Would like to thank Erhan, Ozdemir and Rula from the staff. Thank you very much!

I had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I especially want to mention Remi and Ahmet at the front desk — they were kind and helpful. I’d also like to thank Rana and Nergis from the cleaning staff. I really appreciated the care they took in keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was very convenient. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Hotel location,staff speaking Arabic and English,they upgraded my room to suite , they clean the room everyday and keep it good for us each time we enter we felt first time to enter the room

A bit old furniture like bed covers , housekeeping kept taking the light key after they cleaned out the room then we talked to them to know the reason that to save electricity so we took the light card when we leave the room

The room was cozy & clean. The location is perfect & close to tourist areas. Excellent service from the staff, specifically Rola. If you need any assistance during the stay, i recommend her. Thank you Ahmed for being helpful and generous. The breakfast was nice & the food was good.

Friendly and helpful staff, specially KAAN. The location is superb about 300 meters from the mall and the street is lively with cafes and restaurants. tube station is nearby as well as the buses stops that takes you around the city.

Rooms are clean, but not exceptionally clean, the toilet wasn't enough clean, a little dust around the room and bed. I would rate the cleanliness 7/10.

I like location... In main street behind store.. Shopping Mall.. Restaurants.. Safe.. Big room and big bathroom and balcony.. And breakfast.. I like staff my flight change to next days.. The employee (Rolla) she is amazing and recpact my family and twins and they give me upgrade to suite it was room and living room big and kitchen and 2 bathroom... 😍🫰🫂🌹They was so friendly ❤️❤️❤️
