Newly built hotel with an amazing location in Sisli. Friendly staff. Staff at the reception desk were all very helpful, specially Evren. He gave us tips and suggestions on where to visit and where to avoid in the city. Upon checking into our room, we figured out that there's a problem with the lock on the entrance door. Called reception and we were immediately offered another room with an upgrade on a higher floor. We were also welcomed with a small cake in our room since we were celebrating my wife's birthday in this trip. Breakfast was good, although the variety of the options can be improved. The gym facility was clean with brand new machines and gears. The pool also looked very nice although we didn't use it.

Breakfast items variety can definitely be improved. One other minor issue, once we moved into our replacement room, I asked the reception to move our welcome cake as well so that we celebrate my wife's birthday. Although they agreed they didn't bring us the cake. I reminded them another time but they again forgot/neglected. Other than these, no other complain :)

Be careful, valet is not free it’s 50lira per day, I haven’t been noticed. and the breakfast is overpriced and very poor. (almost 50$ for 2)

Metin Ozkan was an amazing helper and a great conversationalist!! The hotel was clean, with great soundproofing from the busy outside street. Great location.

My biggest issue was that on hot days, there was no air conditioning. We arrived in Istanbul on a sunny day and the room was like a sauna, opening the window helps but you can’t sleep with all the noise with it open. I would highly recommend that the cooling system be on year round. Thankfully, after the first few days, the rooms were cool enough to sleep comfortably. We considered checking out early if not for that.

* Great location: many stores, restaurants, change, pharmacies and many more stores are around you. * Very clean and comfortable. * Nice staff. * Updated and modern style from the inside. * Smells good all the time.

* My 5 year old son couldn't use the swimming pool even if I'm watching him since they have a policy that says children under 6 years can't use the pool. This was something that disappointed me since I didn't know and didn't read it anywhere before and my son was crying because he wanted to swim, therefore I had to take him to a nearby hotel and pay money for him to enjoy the swimming pool. * No lobby to hang out but in Istanbul you hardly spend time inside the hotel, you are always out.

The hotel staff did everything to make the stay pleasant, they are all smiling and very kind, led by Yasmina at the reception, despite not giving me a non-smoking room on the day of check-in, they tried to find a creative solution and gave me a room with access to the balcony as a temporary solution until the next day they changed my room. All the facilities are amazingly clean the food in the dining room is delicious although not that varied. The pool is relatively small but clean, including the jacuzzi. A new hotel in an excellent location, with excellent security.

That I didn't have Netflix on the TV despite the smart TV, but this is minor compared to all the other advantages of the hotel.

Everything, absolutely amazing hotel and staff. Everyone was so professional and welcoming. The staff could not do enough for us and went way and beyond to meet our needs and make us comfortable in the hotel. A special thank you to Erkan bey the general manager Ekrem bey,and all the reception staff. Engin from housekeeping whom cleaned our room spotlessly everyday. These are just a few names that made us feel at home with their friendly yet professional hospitality. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you. The location is amazing with everything on your doorstep. Have been to this hotel 3 times now and we call it our home in Istanbul.

The hotel is nicely located, close to many shops and restaurants plus fast foods shops form both sides, the area is full of life, and it is about 600 Mtr. From Javaher mall. The breakfast is of limited options and it is almost the same every day. You can order your eggs from the chef. Staff at the restaurant are ,by nature of work, nice particularly one person by name Ahmet, the offer to bring extra tea or coffee without asking which is appreciated. The room is as shown on picture. Receptions are helpful and take no time in check in/out. Concierge extend their help when arriving and departing. The swimming pool though small and indoor it has good amenities. I also appreciate their upgrading me to a suite of one room as a I booked 3 rooms.

The breakfast could have better varieties and restaurant is small by size but again can improve in the meals options,

By far the best hotel and service I’ve experienced in Istanbul to date- every single staff member went the extra mile and their customer service was perfect to its finest detail. The hotel was lush and very clean, my father and I were blown away and will only stay at Wish More Hotel Şişli when visiting Istanbul. Thank you to all the staff members that made our stay so memorable.

The hotel is new and very clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. The family suite is quite spacious. The location is very central and close to subway station, restaurants and the shopping malls.

The hotel is advertised to have Spa, sauna and Turkish bath but it is still closed after being open 4 months. That was a disappointment. Also the gym which is very nice is only open from 11 AM to 19 PM which does not make sense. Many guests like us would like to prefer to train early in the morning. The restaurant on the upper floor was closed also. The interior of the rooms need a bit more design touches such as paintings etc.

The staff are the true heroes of Wish More. They are all friendly and courteous. You ask for something and it gets done immediately. The family room was amazing. It was well designed, very clean and spacious. There are defusers throughout the hotel and hallways smelled heavenly.

WiFi in Rooms , or at least the room I stayed in, was very poor. Drainage smell kept coming out of the toilet. Pool temp was a bit on the cold side but this is a personal preference. Sauna door sealant kept falling and the room was never hot enough.
