Newly built hotel with an amazing location in Sisli. Friendly staff. Staff at the reception desk were all very helpful, specially Evren. He gave us tips and suggestions on where to visit and where to avoid in the city. Upon checking into our room, we figured out that there's a problem with the lock on the entrance door. Called reception and we were immediately offered another room with an upgrade on a higher floor. We were also welcomed with a small cake in our room since we were celebrating my wife's birthday in this trip. Breakfast was good, although the variety of the options can be improved. The gym facility was clean with brand new machines and gears. The pool also looked very nice although we didn't use it.

Breakfast items variety can definitely be improved. One other minor issue, once we moved into our replacement room, I asked the reception to move our welcome cake as well so that we celebrate my wife's birthday. Although they agreed they didn't bring us the cake. I reminded them another time but they again forgot/neglected. Other than these, no other complain :)

Clean , big rooms and locatiom

There wan no toothbrush, tissues, body lotion and some time no water in bathroom also we call and ordered adapter and tissue but they didn't bring to us

Breakfast was adequate would have loved more meat options but I can understand the current economic climate in Turkey.

Great location, ~35-45 min away by taxi from the Istanbul international airport of the European side . lots to see and explore around , grocery stores, cafe , bakeries, mini fruit stands and a metro nearby . Wonderful breakfast , clean and quiet. Espresso machine , tea pot + mini fridge are in the room! Comfy beds with crispy sheets , welcome note with a fruit basket as a welcome back gift , complimentary bottled water , hamam style shower bench , thoughtful modern design of the interior with earthy colors and lots of side lights. AC that s easy to adjust to your comfortable temperature! Mindful room service staff . Hight ceilings make you feel as if you are inside of a cozy apartment. Nice elevators , swimming pool and security downstairs .

Metin Ozkan was an amazing helper and a great conversationalist!! The hotel was clean, with great soundproofing from the busy outside street. Great location.

My biggest issue was that on hot days, there was no air conditioning. We arrived in Istanbul on a sunny day and the room was like a sauna, opening the window helps but you can’t sleep with all the noise with it open. I would highly recommend that the cooling system be on year round. Thankfully, after the first few days, the rooms were cool enough to sleep comfortably. We considered checking out early if not for that.

Be careful, valet is not free it’s 50lira per day, I haven’t been noticed. and the breakfast is overpriced and very poor. (almost 50$ for 2)

* Great location: many stores, restaurants, change, pharmacies and many more stores are around you. * Very clean and comfortable. * Nice staff. * Updated and modern style from the inside. * Smells good all the time.

* My 5 year old son couldn't use the swimming pool even if I'm watching him since they have a policy that says children under 6 years can't use the pool. This was something that disappointed me since I didn't know and didn't read it anywhere before and my son was crying because he wanted to swim, therefore I had to take him to a nearby hotel and pay money for him to enjoy the swimming pool. * No lobby to hang out but in Istanbul you hardly spend time inside the hotel, you are always out.

The hotel staff did everything to make the stay pleasant, they are all smiling and very kind, led by Yasmina at the reception, despite not giving me a non-smoking room on the day of check-in, they tried to find a creative solution and gave me a room with access to the balcony as a temporary solution until the next day they changed my room. All the facilities are amazingly clean the food in the dining room is delicious although not that varied. The pool is relatively small but clean, including the jacuzzi. A new hotel in an excellent location, with excellent security.

That I didn't have Netflix on the TV despite the smart TV, but this is minor compared to all the other advantages of the hotel.

Everything, absolutely amazing hotel and staff. Everyone was so professional and welcoming. The staff could not do enough for us and went way and beyond to meet our needs and make us comfortable in the hotel. A special thank you to Erkan bey the general manager Ekrem bey,and all the reception staff. Engin from housekeeping whom cleaned our room spotlessly everyday. These are just a few names that made us feel at home with their friendly yet professional hospitality. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you. The location is amazing with everything on your doorstep. Have been to this hotel 3 times now and we call it our home in Istanbul.

Spacious one bedroom apartment with a luxurious king bed and an extra comfy sofa bed for the kids. Loved the bonus second toilet and the spotless daily cleaning. Breakfast offered a nice variety with something new each day. The gym was fully equipped and modern, and the pool was a refreshing bonus. Fantastic location just 5 minutes to Jawaher Mall and 15 minutes to Lotus Walk, surrounded by cafés, shops, and restaurants.

Pool 140cm, and small. Breakfast Buffett can be bigger.
