The reception staff Mr Muhammad harun and Mr Ali and Mr Gagdas were very nice and helpful, very clean and warm and quiet.

They need from time to time change breakfast menu,it was delicious but repeated.maintenance for same appliances in the room is needed.

I like all the staff they were very friendly and helpful. I really recommend the hotel because it’s an amazing staff.

We traveled to Istanbul as a family for the first time for vacation. During this time, we made sure to prioritize our children's comfort. That’s why we chose to stay at Four Sides Şişli Hotel, as we were confident it was a family-friendly place. The location of the hotel is excellent and very central — close to both bus stops and metro stations. The breakfast offers a variety of food, and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. Daily housekeeping is available upon request, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The hotel staff are extremely kind and always smiling. They were ready to help with anything we needed. They even told us they would be happy to change our room if we weren't satisfied with it. Some of the staff members we would especially like to thank are Ali, Hüseyin, Ufuk, and Nurullah — they were all incredibly helpful and attentive. During our stay, we also celebrated my wife’s birthday. The hotel staff surprised us with a cake topped with candles and a lovely handwritten note delivered to our room. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it truly made us feel valued and cared for during our time there. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone — we truly enjoyed our stay!

I like the staff. They are very friendly specially Mr Abdullah in the reception.. Mostly it was very good choice

The most thing I didn't like was the parking. Breakfast buffet was limited choices. Compared to another hotels I already tried

We had a wonderful stay at Four Sides Hotel in Şişli, Istanbul. The staff was very kind and helpful throughout our visit. The room, bathroom, and bed linen were all clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping changed the towels and bed linen every day, and we always had complimentary bottled water, tea bags, and Nescafé sachets restocked in the room. Breakfast was included in the price, which is a big plus – the food was fresh and more than decent. The staff even helped us call taxis whenever we needed, as we didn’t go sightseeing on foot. All in all, we highly recommend this hotel! Warm greetings and full recommendation from Milena and Jelena. We like Istanbul! 🌟

the space between the rooms is narrow. In general the picture of the hotels was not like the real, the space in the reception was smaal

The room was spotless upon arrival, with fresh towels and linens. The bathroom was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable, with soft pillows and a firm mattress. The room temperature was perfect, and the blackout curtains helped ensure a good night’s sleep. The staff were incredibly helpful. The concierge gave great recommendations for local restaurants, and the check-in process was smooth. Excellent location, right in the heart of Istanbul with easy access to public transport and walking distance from major attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Breakfast was included and offered a good variety of items.

The location of the hotel was excellent, the access to everything was excellent, the hotel staff, especially Mrs. Alev,had a great attitude and guided the customers if needed, also in terms of the cleanliness of the rooms, thank you very much to the hotel staff.

Was every thing is ok

I was expecting a desk, even a small one inside the room for my laptop and following some career actions during the holiday.

The hotel has a very good location, close to bus stops, subway station, a shopping mall etc. Several cafes and restaurants around. It also has underground parking, although it is a bit challenging to go in and out, and a good option considering parking issues in Istanbul. The staff was very kind and caring. The breakfast includes options for different tastes, so it was enough for us. Our room was in the last (6th) floor with two balconies, which was quite nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

One of the elevators was working weirdly: someone outside needs to push the door. This may be annoying when you need to go to -2nd or -3rd floor (for the garage or to have breakfast). Additionally, I had quite difficulty with getting an invoice (for business travel) for interesting reasons that I still do not understand. However, the personnel was friendly and trying to be helpful., and I finally got it.
