Location is fantastic , I find everything around me , like pharmacy restaurants , exchange , shops , mall is walking distance Staff are very welcoming and supportive and responsive Apartment is clean and in a god condition I love also the facilities , and kitchen appliance

Pictures in the booking application didn’t reflect the actual status I didn’t like the entrance of the building -at the beginning I got shocked but after sometime I got used to situation. Better to take picture of the surrounding area and set guest expectation , However it is not that big deal

The staff were superb, very helpful, kind, and attentive. The hotel (rooms and common areas) was very clean, and the service was exceptional. Kitchen appliances were good and clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to a main street and public transport. Mini markets and restaurants were just a few meters away.

Some guests were making a lot of noise until late at night. Also, in one of the bedrooms, the humming of elevator movement could be heard during the night, but it wasn't too disruptive. The TV remote wasn't working properly; we couldn't really change channels or adjust settings.

Excellent location in terms of access to shops, restaraunts, shopping center (Cevahir) some historic places. However, if you do not follow your namaz for whatever reason, it may be somewhat loudy due to proximity to a large mosque. Try to stay on higher floors as noise from the street is also there. I like rooms, two bathrooms with plenty of space, nice receptionist who try to help you. Cheap places to eat nearby with nice local food.

There was some smell of smoke in the room. Somewhat noisy so had to keep window closed over night though this may not be enough for someone.

Everything was fantastic, the location ,staff kindness especially Mr Fatih,the manager and Mr Hani they upgraded my booking into a big suite and late check out for free, all facilities were available, comfortable beds, clean towels and covers.hotel was close to bus stations, this place also is full of restaurants and minimarkets, Big Şişly Mosque is in front of hotel I will not miss staying in this fantastic hotel if I return back to Istanbul

My staying in this fantastic hotel was short, and I hoped if it was longer.

The room is spacious and the jacuzzi is awesome (a bit small for two people though). The view from the window is also nice and the hotel staff is very helpful. Location is also very convenient with plenty of restaurant/cafes nearby and a metro station.

The room is next to some kind of boiler room and there is a constant white noise like if you're travelling on a ship. It didn't really disturb us on the inside but it made the balcony practically unusable. The bed is comfy but a bit short, could be a problem if you're over 1.90m. Finally, the hotel is next to a mosque so you might experience some singing prayer wake up (at least the muezzin is a good singer :) ).

Location was great and the staff very courteous and helpful . Mr Hani made sure our stay was comfortable

When we arrived there was a power cut in the area which I was told was very unusual. There were some repair works being carried out in the area . But Mr Hani arranged for a generator to ensure we had power . It did take some time though

The apartment is located in a great place in Istanbul, having access to everything around it. Staff are very professional, supportive with excellent service and cleanness. They have amazing hospitality services and very fast responses to our needs and inquiries. I highly recommend it.

The staff were very good and very accommodating. We travelled with a big group and they couldn’t do enough. Contactable on WhatsApp we had them tortured. They helped organise dinner plans and balloons for the room. They took our bags to the room. The staff were very friendly and location is good and central.

The location and the staff they were very helpful I would like to thank Mr Anas and Mr hani and walled and Mohammed they made my stay very enjoyable

One of the bathrooms has a bad smell even when you keep the fan on. The smell comes from the pipes.

Staff are great, for some reason the room i booked was not ready and they provide me with alternative on the spot, i usually use this hotel for one or two nights transit even though it is far from airport but located perfectly downtown where you can access all interesting places for quick shopping, food, souvenirs
