Location is fantastic , I find everything around me , like pharmacy restaurants , exchange , shops , mall is walking distance Staff are very welcoming and supportive and responsive Apartment is clean and in a god condition I love also the facilities , and kitchen appliance

Pictures in the booking application didn’t reflect the actual status I didn’t like the entrance of the building -at the beginning I got shocked but after sometime I got used to situation. Better to take picture of the surrounding area and set guest expectation , However it is not that big deal

Our stay at this property was absolutely outstanding. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, modern, and had a wonderfully homely feel. The location was perfect, having everything we needed within walking distance. The sights were beautiful. A special thank you goes to our host, Hani. He truly went above and beyond. His professionalism and responsiveness were remarkable, and he truly elevated our experience. We’ll always remember his kindness. The flexible check-in and check-out times, along with the convenient airport transfer service, were incredibly helpful and greatly appreciated. We are already looking forward to our next visit and would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone planning a trip to the beautiful city of Istanbul.

The staff were superb, very helpful, kind, and attentive. The hotel (rooms and common areas) was very clean, and the service was exceptional. Kitchen appliances were good and clean. The location was convenient, with easy access to a main street and public transport. Mini markets and restaurants were just a few meters away.

Some guests were making a lot of noise until late at night. Also, in one of the bedrooms, the humming of elevator movement could be heard during the night, but it wasn't too disruptive. The TV remote wasn't working properly; we couldn't really change channels or adjust settings.

The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail, from the quality bedding to the tasteful decor that reflects the charm of Istanbul. Additionally, the housekeeping team does a fantastic job of maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. Excellent location in terms of access to shops, restaraunts, shopping center (Cevahir) some historic places. However, if you do not follow your namaz for whatever reason, it may be somewhat loudy due to proximity to a large mosque. Try to stay on higher floors as noise from the street is also there. I like rooms, two bathrooms with plenty of space, nice receptionist who try to help you. Cheap places to eat nearby with nice local food.

There was some smell of smoke in the room. Somewhat noisy so had to keep window closed over night though this may not be enough for someone.

We had a wonderful stay at this flat in Istanbul. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and spacious, making it perfect for our visit. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Hani Bey, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly appreciated the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul.

The value for its location was exceptional. Everything was near us using taxi’s as well as public transport. The mall was very close as well as many local shops that helped the tourists and were amazing. The staff were wonderful spoke many languages to accommodate our needs and had support 24/7. They never let us down.

The biggest was the elevator it was very small. So careful if you have a lot of bags with you.

Everything was fantastic, the location ,staff kindness especially Mr Fatih,the manager and Mr Hani they upgraded my booking into a big suite and late check out for free, all facilities were available, comfortable beds, clean towels and covers.hotel was close to bus stations, this place also is full of restaurants and minimarkets, Big Şişly Mosque is in front of hotel I will not miss staying in this fantastic hotel if I return back to Istanbul

When we arrived there was a power cut in the area which I was told was very unusual. There were some repair works being carried out in the area . But Mr Hani arranged for a generator to ensure we had power . It did take some time though
