My stay at TRYP By Wyndham Istanbul Sisli Hotel was absolutely delightful from start to finish. The hotel's location in Sisli is excellent, offering easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the courteous staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. The lobby ambiance was modern and inviting, setting a positive tone for the rest of my stay. Throughout my stay, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, always ready to assist with any requests and providing helpful tips about exploring the city. Their professionalism and friendliness truly made me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The rooms were exceptionally well maintained and clean.

breakfast buffet did not really offer a wide variety of delicious options to suit every taste and the kitchen staff were starting to clear the buffet 30 minutes before the end of breakfast time. A Cappuccino was regarded as an "extra" at breakfast and was charged at almost 7 EUR a cup! Regrettably, the bartender insisted he had served me a Gin & Tonic with 8cl of gin in a regular highball glass. Despite my skepticism due to the glass's limited capacity, I chose to accept his explanation, paying the 30 EUR bill while giving him the benefit of the doubt.

Breakfast is not correlating with the high standard of other facilities. I have been in other 3 stars hotels with better breakfast.

The hotel is very close to Cevahir mall, metro station and buses to main attractions. On top of the upgrade offered by Booking we got another upgrade from the hotel to a suite. Room was very cosy, warm, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. The view from the balcony is very charming, especially at sunrise. Unfortunately, the weather didn't allow us to enjoy it. The staff is very nice and welcoming, special thanks to Ozge. Will definitely repeat the experience.

Everything was nice and above expectations. Only recommendation is to add more options to the breakfast menu to satisfy those who.opt for light breakfast like plain yogurt, dried fruits, nuts, muesli.. and creamer for coffee.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptional—flexible, always willing to assist, prompt, and highly professional. The rooms were impeccably clean and arranged to a very high standard. The beds were comfortable, making us feel right at home. The location is excellent, within walking distance of two major metro stations and several bus stops. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes nearby, adding to the convenience. Overall, it was a fantastic location and a wonderful experience.

The hotel was excellent, and there was nothing significant that I disliked. The only minor suggestion would be to offer more variety for breakfast and include Turkish coffee as part of the breakfast options for free.

I liked everything about the hotel. First of all, early check up and late check-in. I was tired after the flight, and the receptionist was very kind to let me check in 2 hours earlier. Same on the way back, I asked to check out later for 1 hour since my flight was late, and they agreed. The room was a spacious, soft bed, and a nice breakfast. I would be back. The location was very convenient. In the heart of Sisli, but at the same time, it is very quiet and not on the highway. Lots of restaurants around, Cevahir shopping mall and walking distance to the business center. Thank you.

We had an exceptional stay from the moment we checked in until we checked out. The service and level of details were impressive. The hotel staff Gizem Çelik provided us with exceptional hospitality. She personally handled our booking and offered us an amazing room which was perfect for my family. Gizem and the rest of the hotel staff were very kind and helpful. They made our stay very memorable. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel is perfect. This is the second time we stay at this hotel and will not be our last.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Pasa at the reception, who generously offered me a complimentary upgrade from a standard room. His kind gesture made a significant difference and truly enhanced the comfort of my stay. It’s rare to encounter such thoughtful and customer-focused service. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming. The breakfast meet my expectations with a good variety and quality of food.

The location is amazing, they upgraded me to a junior suite as my room was not a twin bed. They were so kind and considerate in this regard. they even showed me several rooms to choose from but at last they gave me a room better than the one I booked

The breakfast was normal, the pillows were so soft. The towels of the hotel are so old and definitely need to be changed to new ones. The junior suite doesn't have side lamps and the lights master switch is only on one side of the beds

They accept my early check in with all kindness staff, the lobby is large and cozy, the hotel is very clean, room was large and clean, towel shampoos and all stuff was there, location is great like 5 minutes walking to cevahir mall and another 5 minutes famous osmanbey street

The breakfast menu and cheff need to be reviewed and approved and mybe adding some more choices

The location is very good: close to metro/bus stations, shopping center and grocery stores. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The facilities are modern and in good condition. Everything was convenient to use.

The breakfast was not ideal to my taste. In my view it laked some hot meals. Omelet was very tasty, but it seemed to be the only option. I also missed plain yogurt, i.e. without sugar and other additives. Also, in my room, hot water was okay in the shower, but it was just slightly warm when using the washbasin.
