The apartment absolutely matched the photos and description - cozy zoning (everything is thought out - the bedroom, the kitchen, and the living room area), quiet, clean (thanks to the employees who clean the rooms). I especially liked the variety of sizes of plates and cups - it was nice to serve breakfasts. Good transport accessibility - the metro station is about 10 minutes walk away, there are several grocery stores and a bakery nearby. Good value for money. For us, it seemed ideal for a stay of 9 days. Thank you for your hospitality! If there is an opportunity to visit Istanbul again, we would gladly stay in these apartments.

Nice and clean , good location, friendly and helpful staff , the girl with colored eyes, and Farhat 👍🏻 There is laundry machine which is great 😊 and the washing soap free from the property 👍🏻

The bed room without AC !!! Only fan which could be terrible in the summer…

This is my second stay here. i just love the location. Quiet area but accessible to anywhere. Walking distance to Cevahir Shopping Mall, the mosque , metro, bus station and other shops. The twin sisters did an excellent room service. Staffs were attentive and responsive on our requests and issues. Will always be my place to stay when i am back to Istanbul.

It was an amazing stay The staff is very nice and smiling The room was spacious and clean with daily cleaning The bathroom was clean and spacious The terrace was big with 1 table and 2 chairs the view is not that good but it is OK The location is perfect, near jawahir mall 5 min walk, WiFi is good and fast You have near you every things you need from restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, For those who wants public transportation Osmanbey metro station is near 10 min walk and you have bus stop 5 min away You have a lot of shopping stores near with good prices (defacto, LC wakiki...) Nisantasi shopping area is 15 min walking distance I stayed for 5 nights and the location made my trip very comfortable The price is right (good value) I will always come back to them They provide for me late check out as my flight was at night

I didn't like the veiw (but it's not a problems for me) No meals is avialble (also not a problems you have a wide variety of restaurants near by)

Friendly staff. Surveillance 24 hours a day. The cleaning crew is amazing and very fast. It was my first time traveling to Turkey from America. I schedule the apartment not knowing what to expect. Me and my companion were more than please. The rooms were cleaned and spacious. The front desk was always helpful and willing to help us with any issues. They schedule taxi services whenever we prompted them without hesitation. On the day we were headed home we ask for a large van since we had lots of luggage. The staff informed they will do their best to schedule a van since they needed a notice a day in advance. Nonetheless to say the van was in the apartment within a few minutes. The staff carry our luggage from our rooms all the way to the van making the trip to the airport such an easy experience. The apartment is located within 2 main streets were you can find lots of shopping centers and restaurants. A minute away from the Marriott.

the suites were clean, the size was great for any family, the staff helpful and friendly. the location was good for shopping

it was hard for taxis and cars to stop at the front, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and the showers did not drain as well as they should have even after cleaning the filter

The windows in the bathroom causes the noise from the above apartment to be heard during the night. It is annoying when you could hear the above neighbors going to the bathroom or even talk during the night . They could install a fan and close the window in the bathroom to solve the problem

Everything was perfect and the host was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment is spacious and has everything you would need. The pictures show exactly the condition of the apartment.
