The breakfast was adequate, consisted of bread, green olives, black olives, cucumber, carrot, cereal, juices, tea, coffee, water, omelettes on request, butter, jam, honey. Pastries, chocolate cake. The breakfast was served between 7.30-10.00pm. Staff were very helpful and the area was very well kept clean and tidy. The location was excellent close to eateries and a supermarket SOK was over the road from hotel, The Metro was within walking distance and easy to follow in subway. There was a very good Shopping Mall Cevahir got metro didn’t take long to reach. Went to Taksim Square There were so many shops and places to eat but put comfy shoes on the strip is long. A must try is Kumpir and Kunefe. Ice cream one is 200tl but you can get one for 20tl. Next a massive thank you to AYTEN she kept our room super clean and changed beds and towels daily - hugs and miss your smiling face.

The bathroom blind could not be opened due to people being able to look in shame they could not frost the windows so then would be able to feel more relaxed in shower.

Breakfast was buffet style and continental. Please give special thanks to the chef. Room was high class. Bathroom really modern. Staff were all good .it was a real 4 star hotel apart from the minibar. They changed my room when the aircon was not working .

All mini fridges in this hotel don't work properly. In fact not cold at all. Wifi was not good in our room. Maybe other rooms better.

Close to many facilities and staff were very friendly and although our flight arrived early they were accommodating and even made sure they had a room for us available, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

breakfast was perfect and I really believe it should be a bit more focus in advertisements. because level of the breakfast provided (from servers to what's served) same service you may expect at Hilton hotels or other places that charge you 4 digit amounts per night

I can't think of anything. Say, I was not happy with the pillow. I call front desk, they rush to rectify the issue so no reason not to like anything

Good location of the hotel, easy access to metro/busses, shops and restaurants around. Big and comfortable room, clean. In the room you have all what`s needed - hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, all available. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception and breakfast area. Breakfast is a fixed plate with some cheeses, vegetables, meat + egg, some sweet stuff. Choice enough to start the day good.

Nothing! Maybe tip for the future for eco friendly environment - to use big bottles fixed on the wall for shampoo/shower gel, instead of small bottles. Economical and practical.

Location, breakfast, and comfy beds.

It can be very noisy in the early morning due to the traffic in the street. Also, the hit water in the bath tub does switch to cold water by itself every 30 seconds. I don't know why. In addition, I believe it is super pricy and should be less expensive.

The front desk staff very helpful with big smile especially Mr. Ozgan looking for customers comfort . All staff speaks English which is good . Breakfast room is nice and cozy feels like home . Excellent location. Definitely coming back again

They should try changing breakfast menu not the same every day

The hotel is designed with all amenities and comfort and contains everything the visitor requires, even the rooms are designed in a way that contains all the comforts of calm and cleanliness.

I like the service from the employees as if they were a family team, and for a moment I did not feel that I was in a strange situation, as they surround the visitor and provide him with all the means of entertainment and comfort with the distinguished five-star service.
