Ewerithing was perfect, location, staff, room and cleanliess. All details were as they were explained, we used Family Suite - we are 2 adults with 2 kids (12 Y) and the place was perfect with 2 bathrooms and 2 separate bedrooms.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, especially Tara, she is very kind, it is very close to main road with many stores, it is 3 min away from the metro, there are many groceries shop, the room facilities are new and in good

It is not a big deal but I hope to take these points in consideration , 1- there is no window in the hall, 2- there is no air condition in the other room 3- Regarding the clean of the room , I hope they take more care in vacuuming the room, because we noticed a lot of dust behind the sofa

Staff was fantastic, food (breakfast) was great, the location is wonderful especially if you have a car to get around with. Abundantly spacious as well, and the tv was decently well equipped as an added bonus. The AC was much needed, and the housekeeping left the flat in pristine condition.

The bathrooms were a bit cramped, and we were unlucky to be there at a time where some construction work was happening nearby so there was a tiny bit of noise, but nothing to ruin your day!

I really love the hotel. It’s clean and has a boutique feel. We went with the family suite so we could each have our own bathroom and bedroom. We could also enjoy meals or relax in the living area together. Emrah was so nice and welcoming. So was Tara. I really enjoyed my stay and I would return. I also love the area the hotel is in. There are tons of shopping stores and restaurants in walking distance. This is my 4th time staying in Turkey and I wish I’d stayed here the other three times.

The King Suite was really good to stay, we loved the room and the bed. it was verry clean and big much space, we choose the room for de kids they loved the big Bath! The room is very quit from de car noise we sleep good. The hotel is in the Centre for 100 meters much shops and restaurants, and more. The personal are helpful, i ask something they bring in 2 minutes. We stay with 3 kids. I come back in this room!

Location is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice team indeed 🤗🙏.The family room is suspicious and very clean. Sure we will consider this hotel in our next visit to Istanbul.

Mashallahl, the hotel is very clean and I hope it continues like this. The receptionists are cooperative, and I thank the one with the beautiful name Tara, not Sarah 😁 . I also thank my brother Emrah who helped me a lot. I will visit this hotel again

The street is narrow and the bathrooms in the hotel are small.

The hotel was great value for money, and the staff was very friendly and always willing to help.

There was no clear sign or logo outside, which made it a bit confusing at first, but it wasn’t a big issue once inside.
