I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable specially Mr. Burak . The room was clean, The hotel's central location made it convenient to visit all the top attractions in the area. While everything was excellent during my stay, I would suggest adding more variety to the room service menu for guests who prefer dining in. Overall, I had a wonderful time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I can't wait to come back!"

Such a wonderful stay! I came to Istanbul for a conference. This hotel was located in a very convenient place, lots of connections around including bus stop just 2 min walk away. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let me extend my check out for some time as I wanted to see the city in the morning of the day I was leaving. Totally recommend!

Enjoyed my 5 nights stay here with my small family, Super location just 3 minutes away from osmanbay metro station, room is larger and cleaner than average rooms in istanbul, staff did everything to help and was always nice and welcoming.

Small elevator not enought for 2 adult persons and baby stroller. Noiusy environment around hotel.

The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family. I will be coming back to Istanbul in a few months and will be looking to stay at this same hotel.

I would have liked to have meals at the hotel, but the staff was very helpful in assisting me with ordering food delivered and there lots of restaurants nearby.

People at the reception are so kind and helpful. They give you the impression that your are at home. The hotel is nice, calm and clean. You can find restaurants nearby and the metro station is so close. It is worth staying in. Love it and a big thank you to those cheerful people.

So comfortable and the staff were so friendly and supportive . Excellent location nearby all services and at the Centre . Define toy will be there again .
