ideal location: quiet street in a good area and 3 minutes to the metro. room is large, everything is modern, beautiful. very comfortable mattress and pillows. It’s great that there are blackout blinds on the remote control.

Several times a day Wi-Fi might not work (not for long, but still uncomfortable). you can only connect 3 devices... the soundproofing of the room is bad (like everywhere else in Istanbul), but I was lucky with the neighbors (at first they were quiet, and then no one)

The bed was too soft .

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hallmark Hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is ideal, the rooms were bright, clean, and very comfortable. Every member of the team was so welcoming – always smiling and ready to help, which made a big difference in our stay. A special shoutout to the lovely lady making omelets in the morning – such positive energy to start the day with! The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. Mr. Vedat, the manager, was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure guests feel at home. Emine Abla, who was taking care of the rooms, did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. The reception team was also amazing – always friendly and supportive. I’m so happy with the entire experience. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended

I stayed at this hotel in Istanbul during an extremely stressful and uncertain time. What was supposed to be a short three-day trip turned into a ten-day stay, and I can’t express how grateful I am to the entire team for their exceptional kindness and support throughout this period. From day one, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel safe, supported, and at home. A special thank you to Tuna, the General Manager, and Vedat who was particularly attentive and compassionate—they truly made a difference in how we experienced this difficult moment. The hotel itself was spotless, very comfortable, and located in a great area with easy access to the metro and various parts of the city. All hotel activities were managed smoothly and professionally, which added to our peace of mind. It wasn’t just a hotel—it became a haven. I will always remember the warmth, care, and humanity we experienced here. Thank you for everything.

A brand new hotel, super clean. Amazing bed, enough facilities, tidy bathroom, friendly staff... I would say the cleanest room you may find now in Istanbul. There is nothing negative about the room itself. Ten out of 10. The first time I saw the room was the same as the pictures shown. It's located in a real local area surrounded by numerous clothes and other shops. Accordingly, you may find it too busy and not a relaxing touristic place. However, I only cared about the cleaness as well as the proximity to the metro station. It's in 1-2 min walking distance to metro M2 line. So, you can get away from the crowd and enjoy the rest of your day outside ;)

I liked the quietness, cleanliness of the place, the facilities, the bed, and the room space. It was spacious, unlike most hotels.

Unfortunately, when we were checking out, we weren’t given enough time to gather our belongings. The staff kept calling us repeatedly even before the official checkout time, which made the process stressful and rushed. We hope this can be improved in the future for a better guest experience

It’s my 4th stay at Hallmark and it has been a great experience so far! The location is fantastic - in the very center of Nişantaşı, close to everything. At the same time the street itself is very quiet so you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The room is clean and spacious, bed and cushions are comfortable. Bathroom is spacious and feels fresh, includes all the toiletries you need (you get here more than most hotels offer). The room has been cleaned properly. Hotel staff are very helpful - special thanks to mr Alihan for all help! I’m looking forward to staying here again during my next trip.

Amazing hotel best service ❤️highly recommend

The property was clean and comfortable in a great location right next to the train station, allowing us to easily access all the prime locations in Istanbul within minutes. The staff provided excellent service whenever required and allowed us to check-in early and provided us with a free upgrade because it was our honeymoon.

There was a fuse during one of the days and we woke up from the heat because the air conditioning stopped working and took some time to fix. A maintenance worker was called out to resolve the issue though.

The location was great. Central in a way with many shops and bars nearby. Room was of good value and had all the amenities to make you feel relaxed.

The staff could have been a bit more helpful. I didn't really like the fact that they didn't bother to explain anything about the city or recommend places to go. They were only offering support if there was a tip involved, which I understand, but would have appreciated a warmer welcome.
