1- location: you are in the most prestigious shopping area of Istanbul. 2- Food: very generous and quality breakfast awaits you. 3- Staff: extremely friendly, yet professional and supportive team from categories( Reception to House keeping to security to concierge to kitchen to porters) . Special thanks to Zeli, Anil, Merve from Reception whom have shown high professionalism in dealing with the customer’s concerns and solving it asap. 4- Room : Spacious and just right for your needs. 5- Spa : wonderful and comfortable relaxing zone

1- Lobby area not big but not small as well . Also , No parking area in front of the hotel for lodging and off loading guests and guests luggage . I recommend to take over nearby coffee shop area to resolve both issues. 2- Hotel Transportation contractor delayed in picking me out to airport for more than 45 minutes. I recommend to change this contractor to a more efficient and reliable transportation company that honours its time commitment with the hotel guests.

We had a suite, which had a good size and a huge comfortable balcony. Bathroom was spacious and well-designed. On the highest floor they have a simple, but nice restaurant for grabbing a dinner. Not fancy, but a nice area to eat outside. Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.

There were some construction works, which didn’t give too much problems for guests. The location is a bit far from the touristic areas, but the underground is just next to the hotel, which makes it easy to reach the touristic places. Even walking is possible. We enjoyed the walks, but it was not in the hot summer.

Firstly the staff and reception was excellent Secondly the location, right on top of the metro station close to shopping and eateries The location is on a busy street and our room was facing it but it is extremely quiet and restful We had a non smoking room and for the first time in 2 months there was no smoke odour in our room We didn’t make use of the spa area so no opinion on that. I find it odd in the reviews that I read that no one mentioned the great breakfast that is available in the hotel. We went out the first few days and were disappointed with the options nearby, wish we had eaten breakfast here every day. Like a Turkish breakfast should be. So many options and great quality

We recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Hotel Lasagrada. The facilities, especially the spa and wellness center, were fantastic. The massage was exceptionally good and left us feeling completely relaxed. A special thanks goes to Mr. Gökberk, who welcomed us warmly and provided outstanding assistance. His professionalism and hospitality truly made our stay special. Additionally, we would like to extend our gratitude to all the staff at the hotel. I came to this hotel , after i cancelled my booking in Crown plaza hotel, to tell you frankly. it was a by luck i chose this hotel , but after i stayed one night, it is definitely will be my first choice when i return back to Istanbul whether for business trip or family trip. the location is excellent, the front desk and the house keeping team are so friendly, the i enjoyed having my breakfast with a very calm and quiet atmosphere. I rebooked the same hotel for coming June . I strongly recommend

there was a recurring issue with room service forgetting to collect our used coffee cups or replace them. While I understand that this is a minor inconvenience, it was unexpected for a 5-star hotel. Despite this, the overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

I booked a deluxe room and wanted an upgrade to the luxury deluxe room. I could not do it through Booking.com but the receptionist Ilyas was very cooperative and offered a free upgrade. The most thing I liked is the location of this hotel, it is literally a minute walk to the metro station which was very convenient. In terms of the room, the bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast is also great.

The entertainment system needs improvement. The TV has very limited channels in English and Arabic languages. Also, a smart TV would be a better fit for a 5 star hotel. In addition, the bathroom needs a better draining design. Currently, water spills accumulate in the floor.

First of all many thanks for mrs mirvat the supervisor from the reception for here kind hospitality and mr murat from bell team and all the staffs there was great team and very polite , this hotel my favorite hotel every time im coming to istanbul this hotel my target the location great all coffee shops and restaurants arround and very close the osman bey metro. But iwould like to recommend to change the bellows to better quality because the bellows very high cause pain to the neck. Many thanks for all lasagrada teams

Location was very good and it is near the shops. staff were very friendly and helpful, and I want to thank the SPA Reception Mr. Gokberk Tuncer for making us very comfortable during our time in the swimming pool.
