The rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, even if you leave late. The location is excellent—right next to the metro station and in the heart of Şişli, surrounded by shops and cafés. The room size is also impressive, offering plenty of space to relax. The staff is amazing—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. This isn’t my first stay here, and it definitely won’t be my last. I’ll be coming back for sure!

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Istanbul over the past 20 years, even better than the Divan Hotel and similar ones. The staff is incredibly kind and caring. There is a lady at the reception during the day who was extremely polite, helpful, and kind, though regrettably I did not get her name. My return flight was around 3 AM, and she proactively asked if I wanted a breakfast package prepared for the airport without me even mentioning it—what a considerate gesture! The level of heart and kindness she displayed is truly remarkable. I deeply appreciate such outstanding hospitality. This hotel genuinely feels like home, and I am certain that I will choose this place for my next trip. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone.

1- location: you are in the most prestigious shopping area of Istanbul. 2- Food: very generous and quality breakfast awaits you. 3- Staff: extremely friendly, yet professional and supportive team from categories( Reception to House keeping to security to concierge to kitchen to porters) . Special thanks to Zeli, Anil, Merve from Reception whom have shown high professionalism in dealing with the customer’s concerns and solving it asap. 4- Room : Spacious and just right for your needs. 5- Spa : wonderful and comfortable relaxing zone

1- Lobby area not big but not small as well . Also , No parking area in front of the hotel for lodging and off loading guests and guests luggage . I recommend to take over nearby coffee shop area to resolve both issues. 2- Hotel Transportation contractor delayed in picking me out to airport for more than 45 minutes. I recommend to change this contractor to a more efficient and reliable transportation company that honours its time commitment with the hotel guests.

We had a suite, which had a good size and a huge comfortable balcony. Bathroom was spacious and well-designed. On the highest floor they have a simple, but nice restaurant for grabbing a dinner. Not fancy, but a nice area to eat outside. Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable.

There were some construction works, which didn’t give too much problems for guests. The location is a bit far from the touristic areas, but the underground is just next to the hotel, which makes it easy to reach the touristic places. Even walking is possible. We enjoyed the walks, but it was not in the hot summer.

The hotel's location is excellent, with everything available nearby. It offers direct access to the metro and is situated on a lively street, close to upscale neighborhoods such as Nisantasi and Osmanbey. The stay was enjoyable, the room was spacious, and the view from it was excellent. The hotel is very safe, the staff is wonderful, especially the receptionist, Mr.ANiL.

The reception space is small, and this is understandable in crowded areas, but I think changing the furniture decor will provide more space for the reception.
