I came back for the third time to stay at this hotel. I always liked the people that work there, the location of it and for the costs. Breakfast was enough for me, but it could be improved.

First time I was here in 2015 and everything was brand new and very clean. The cleaning now is not done the same and it could use some touch ups and repairs in the shower or in the room. If this would be improved, it would be the perfect stay :)

The breakfast staff were very helpful and kind. The eggs with tomato was very delicious. Also the bread and black olives I enjoyed very much.

The cleaning staff didn't understand English very well and was a little nosey. Sometimes entered the room while I was in the bathroom and couldn't hear me when I said I am in the bathroom.

I absolutely loved the convenience of this hotel's location! With the bus station, metro, and groceries nearby, it made exploring the city a breeze. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness added a warm touch to the stay. Plus, it's always reassuring when the room matches the pictures online.

The breakfast options were a bit limited, and I had hoped for a more diverse selection. Additionally, the outdated furniture gave the impression that the room wasn't as clean as it could have been. It would have been nicer to see more modern furnishings.

The hotel clean, the location perfect less than 100m to the metro station in the hurt of Osman bey , we nice street surronded with all fashion shops . Big thank you to the big boss Bayrem and Kadir , we forgot our bag he calls us immediately and informed us was very profisional Rozy was soo nice as well . You felt like you are at your home .

The location of the hotel is excellent - the cleanliness of the place and the daily care of the room - and the friendliness of the staff - Ibrahim, Shaimaa and Alvear

Honestly, I didn't expect much from this hotel on the first place, but it pleasantly surprised me. The hotel staff were very polite. And although not all of them spoke English very well, it was clear that everyone sincerely wanted to help. I especially want to say special thanks to Ibrahim, who provided a lot of useful information about the city, locations, attractions and cafes. His help with regard to public transport and taxis was also very valuable. And a few useful tips definitely made my little vacation comfortable and relaxed. In general: the breakfast is modest but tasty. Comfortable and spacious room. Convenient location. Pleasant, responsive and polite staff.

The hotel isn't new, but generally clean. Only a couple of things were a bit uncomfortmable: the light switch in a bathroom sparked a little 2 times when pressed; and mold in the bathroom (although the room itself was clean). Maybe I was just unlucky with my room regarding these 2 things. And, if neighbors are noisy, you will most likely hear them from your room, but this didn't bother me personally.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, good shower. Very close to Osmanbey Metro station and bus lines. Coffee in the room was a bonus and lots of water was provided.

Great location, you can get to tourist areas easily and quickly via metro or bus. I heard that most rooms in Turkiye have terrible soundproofing, this however had a good one, I slept without hearing much noise. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bed was quite short, I can't imagine how would it feel if I was 180+ cm.
