the location - safe neighbourhood, near to metro station(one station away from Taksim), no noise from outside the staff - really friendly, ready to help recommend to take the transport - it s much easier like this, because airport is really far away and dont recommend to count on taxis the breakfast - it s very good, traditional turkish breakfast, it s the same everyday unfortunately, but really good the room - clean and it was spacious - i stayed in a corner room

to be honest, poor soundproofing, from outside no noises because it is a quiet neighbourhood, but the neighbours were so loud and unfortunately it s really hard to fall asleep. it depends on your luck here. but not a disappointment, you can handle it

The hotel was clean, beautiful, very relaxing and a welcoming environment. The room smelled good, and the bed was comfortable. The staff respected us, and were ready to help!

1. We thought we could swim and we wouldn’t have to pay for anything but after we got ready and went down to the spa center, we were told to buy swimming caps and that we couldn’t use the pool without them. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere and we weren’t prepared for it. Two swimming caps cost around 15€, it seemed kinda unreasonable for such a cheap cap. 2. We weren’t able to open the windows due to the loud noise that came from the outside. I think it was from the AC’s 3. We couldn’t adjust the AC, it was too hot in the room even though it was 4 degrees outside. 4. The breakfast was good but not something you could eat every day. We got tired of the same breakfast and we didn’t have many choices. The same breakfast was served for 4 days in a row.

I love the customer service, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The manager was amazing the best (I can’t remember his name) lovely man he made our stay soooo special. It was my cousins birthday and he got us a massive cake. The spa is great and the massage ladies was fantastic (love them)

The reception area did look the same as pictures and the breakfast was not very wide range. It was the same breakfast everyday but was still tasty

The breakfast was good, but since my stay was for ten days, it became boring to eat the same thing every day.

There should be more food choices at least for breakfast (if you do not want to serve other meals). Also, I am not an active person, and the location forces you to walk uphill a lot to get anywhere - so I ended up using taxi services to get around.

The staff are nice and helpful. We were also allowed to check in early on arrival.

The room had a strong cigarette smell when we arrived. We were also asked several times to give a perfect score, however, it would not be honest for me to do so. The bunk bed which I got for my children is a little dangerous as the dividers had small gaps in which children can fall from.

Hotel has a good location, away from busy streets, but in walking distance to restaurants and public transportation. Hotel’s staff is nice and polite, always greeting you with a smile, attentive with quick reply on the request. Very good breakfast, makes you full till the evening. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. We really hope that hotel’s staff will take care of the cat, that was staying at our balcony.

Surprisingly small sink for such a large bathroom. Lack of English language TV channels. Wi-Fi connection was not stable. Hotel needs to renew bed linen.

I did not like the location of the hotel,,, it is not suitable for the elderly,,, in case a car is not available

The room itself was comfortable, with a good bed, reliable air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi, which I appreciated for both work and entertainment. However, I did find the walls to be a bit thin, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs just in case. Breakfast was decent, with enough variety to start the day, though I think there’s room for improvement in terms of freshness and quality. The common areas, such as the lobby and lounge, were modern and well-maintained. Overall, it’s a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, good service, and a convenient location. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Good and calm location, yet not too far from the metro. Most of the staff were very nice, it's a good team that wants to help.

The cleaning was not optimal, especially in the toilet. The pool is small and underground, that's ok, but it really smells like mold all the time, it doesn't look too clean, and the staff of the Spa is always complaining that they have clients and they don't want noise, so going to the pool without paying for a massage seems to be a bother to them. The sauna is ok, but the steam room is not working, that's a shame too. Bottom line, don't go there for the pool, it's not a good experience for that.

The price-quality ratio is excellent—offering a comfortable stay in a prime location at a reasonable rate. Overall, Concept Nişantaşı is a solid choice for travelers looking for an affordable yet comfortable stay in one of Istanbul’s most lively neighborhoods.
