the location - safe neighbourhood, near to metro station(one station away from Taksim), no noise from outside the staff - really friendly, ready to help recommend to take the transport - it s much easier like this, because airport is really far away and dont recommend to count on taxis the breakfast - it s very good, traditional turkish breakfast, it s the same everyday unfortunately, but really good the room - clean and it was spacious - i stayed in a corner room

to be honest, poor soundproofing, from outside no noises because it is a quiet neighbourhood, but the neighbours were so loud and unfortunately it s really hard to fall asleep. it depends on your luck here. but not a disappointment, you can handle it

The hotel was clean, beautiful, very relaxing and a welcoming environment. The room smelled good, and the bed was comfortable. The staff respected us, and were ready to help!

1. We thought we could swim and we wouldn’t have to pay for anything but after we got ready and went down to the spa center, we were told to buy swimming caps and that we couldn’t use the pool without them. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere and we weren’t prepared for it. Two swimming caps cost around 15€, it seemed kinda unreasonable for such a cheap cap. 2. We weren’t able to open the windows due to the loud noise that came from the outside. I think it was from the AC’s 3. We couldn’t adjust the AC, it was too hot in the room even though it was 4 degrees outside. 4. The breakfast was good but not something you could eat every day. We got tired of the same breakfast and we didn’t have many choices. The same breakfast was served for 4 days in a row.

I love the customer service, staff is very friendly and accommodating. The manager was amazing the best (I can’t remember his name) lovely man he made our stay soooo special. It was my cousins birthday and he got us a massive cake. The spa is great and the massage ladies was fantastic (love them)

The reception area did look the same as pictures and the breakfast was not very wide range. It was the same breakfast everyday but was still tasty

The breakfast was good, but since my stay was for ten days, it became boring to eat the same thing every day.

There should be more food choices at least for breakfast (if you do not want to serve other meals). Also, I am not an active person, and the location forces you to walk uphill a lot to get anywhere - so I ended up using taxi services to get around.

The staff are nice and helpful. We were also allowed to check in early on arrival.

The room had a strong cigarette smell when we arrived. We were also asked several times to give a perfect score, however, it would not be honest for me to do so. The bunk bed which I got for my children is a little dangerous as the dividers had small gaps in which children can fall from.

Thank you the crew they are smiling they love to work and assistant visitors Thanks, hoson, azad, scdat, bilge,,, They helped me from day one to the time I left.

I did not like the location of the hotel,,, it is not suitable for the elderly,,, in case a car is not available

I have just returned home from my 1 week stay at this hotel. Well what can I say to sum it up . I had the best stay ever. I was upgraded to a lovely big room . The area itself is away from the tourist trap which I preferred but in close walking distance 8 minutes to metro . For a solo female traveller I felt very safe walking around no hassle at all , and I found it cheaper than over in Sultanahmet . Lots of places to eat and shops nearby . The breakfast was very nice indeed and I would like to mention a few people who made my stay perfect .. The very lovely man Adem who was always on hand to help , it was a pleasure to meet him . Also the very sweet and kind Burak who served breakfast each morning ! Also the other waiters I think Ahmet was his name ..all so pleasant . The staff on reception were all amazing and very helpful . A big Thankyou to the house keeping staff also !! You do a fantastic job . For me the customer service at this hotel was just top notch I’ve stayed at lots of hotels but this one was one of the best due to the lovely people who work here I will never forget you !! I’d highly recommended anyone to stay here .. you won’t be disappointed, the spa facilities are also very nice . I will look forward to coming back here next time I’m in Istanbul .

We spent a week at Concept Nişantaşı and had a pleasant experience. The hotel is situated in the vibrant Nişantaşı district, making it a perfect base for exploring the city while enjoying the stylish cafés, restaurants, and boutiques in the area. The rooms are modern and functional, featuring comfortable beds and some of the basic amenities needed for a good stay. While the rooms are not particularly spacious, they are efficiently designed and kept clean. Sound insulation could be improved, but overall, the hotel offers a quiet night’s sleep. The service is friendly and accommodating, with staff always ready to assist and provide great local recommendations. The price-quality ratio is excellent—offering a comfortable stay in a prime location at a reasonable rate. Overall, Concept Nişantaşı is a solid choice for travelers looking for an affordable yet comfortable stay in one of Istanbul’s most lively neighborhoods.

The staff were amazing, so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help ensure we had a lovely stay. The turkish bath and full body massage was fantastic! So worth the money. Spa was nice too.

That the hotel only serves breakfast and no other snacks or meals. I'm not sure if it was because we went in January when it's not in season. Although they gave us a menu from a nearby restaurant and let us order from there so even then they were really accommodating, it just meant we had a bit of a longer wait for the food. But this is me being pernickety because overall it was a great stay.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful! Everyone always smiles and asks how you are doing. Special regards to younger waiters and receptionists. Unfortunately, I did not remember their names, but they are legends! Having free water bottles, coffee, kettle, and tea in the room was a nice touch!

Breakfast could have been a bit more diverse, because every day it was the same. Wifi signal was also not very good in the rooms. So, if you plan on having video calls, good luck. If you plan on going to the pool, have in mind that you need to buy the swimming caps if you did not bring them with you.
