This is my fifth time in Istanbul and this is the first hotel I would go back to. The hotel was clean, the rooms are not very big, but that is common in Istanbul. The hotel is not on the main street so the neighborhood is quiet. You can walk to the metro in 9 minutes (beware it's uphill). You are on the main street in 6 minutes (also uphill). We didn't have breakfast at the hotel so I can't judge. We went to the nearby Garden restaurant for breakfast. Prices are higher than a year ago, but you can still eat in the restaurants here. The food is always fresh and everything is delicious. The staff was always nice and helpful.

I had a great stay at Mr. Beyaz Hotel in Istanbul. The property is located in a very convenient area, with easy access to many other parts of the city. Metro stations and urban buses were nearby, making it really easy to explore Istanbul. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were decorated in a modern and stylish way. I really appreciated the use of key cards for room access instead of traditional keys — it added a nice touch of security and convenience. A special thank you to Ms. Tuba at the reception, who was always ready to help us with anything we needed. Her kindness and willingness to assist made a big difference in our stay. The entire staff was very welcoming and hospitable, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout our visit. Overall, I highly recommend Mr. Beyaz Hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and guest-oriented place to stay in Istanbul.

There wasn’t anything I disliked about my stay. Everything met my expectations perfectly.

A quiet, comfortable and excellent hotel that deserves 5 stars. It is close to the metro station. The rooms are clean and the furniture is new. The room cleaning service is very excellent. The bed is comfortable. The location is more than wonderful. The reception staff are very polite and their treatment is excellent, especially Mrs. Tugba. The breakfast is good and varied. I enjoyed my stay there. Thank you. I will return to it.

There is a girl working at the reception in the evening. A little girl caught a cold and her body temperature rose. I asked her for medicine and she provided it for me and saved me from a difficult night. Thank you, little girl. Thank you very much.

The hotel was very cleaned. The rooms very beautiful and everything you would’ve needed was provided. The staff treated me with profesionalism, even helped me with checking my bags weight and securing with the foil wrap. Also let me mention the lady from cleaning which was such a nice lady , she even changed my beds sheets with one day before I left without to even ask . For 5 days I been there she cleaned my room and kept nice, refill the water , coffee , changed towels . I would’ve change the kitchen (breakfast) service as they charged me 200turkis lira for 2 fried egg even this was not in the menu but the vegetable omlet were in the menu with 150turkis lira I think this price is extremely for 2 eggs. Also they were not cooking the omelet which it was normally in the men, I ordered for extra charge and after 5 minutes they brought omelet for menu. This is an unfair experience from the kitchen staff .

At Mr Beyaz hotel we had a really nice time. Hotel is small but very cozy. We were well looked after. Staff was kind and helpful. Lady at the reception desk I think her name is Tugba welcomed us with a big smile. Explained all the procedures about our stay and breakfast which was included in the price. Housekeeping staff every day cleaned our room and left us fresh clean towels. Shower was the best part! Big and with a good water pressure! ☺️Comfortable bed. Kettle with cups, tea, coffee etc. where always ready to use. Breakfast was neither too much nor too little. Exactly what you need! Always fresh. Thank you for your hospitality and now we know where to come again.

It’s not really to complain about, but these steps to go up from the hotel to a main road was tireing😁 we love walking but it was challenging for us every day go up and down a few times a day.

The question was about the policy and disgusting work of booking. Booking accepted my card for booking, and payment was upon check-in. On the very last day, booking wrote that it rejected the card and that payment must be made within an hour!!! I was on the road and had a plane at that time, but booking does not care!! It was going to cancel the reservation!! As a result, my plane was delayed and I was able to pay. When I arrived at the hotel, the hotel did not receive my money and wanted me to pay again!!! As a result, after a long journey, I was forced to wait for the hotel to find my money at booking. No complaints about the hotel, but the booking policy has become terrible! I am a 3rd level Genius at booking, but now I will look for other booking sites

I liked everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service and GREAT facilities (especially for the price that the hotel had)! Good neighbourhood! I came back in this hotel cuz I was years ago, alone in Istanbul for an internship and never had a problem there, I was safe! I didn’t make an review that time( I think it was the year that the hotel opened for the 1st time, I’m not sure) and I don’t remember the name of the Menager or the Ceo but he was veryy polite, he helped me to carryy my big luggage with the hotel car till the Bus Station :)

The staff were able to speak multiple languages, so we were able to communicate very well. The staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We didn't feel like strangers in a building. The super kind receptionist Tugba, who was working during our stay was exceptional and helped us out a lot and gave us really good recommendations.

Nothing bad about the hotel itself. However, roads around the hotel are narrow so it is difficult for larger vehicles to come through.

The room was really comfortable and so quiet and the staff were great. I really liked the location, very close to Nisantasi district and easy to get around. The general manager Tugba was amazing. So helpful and friendly. She upgraded my room for free and when I had a problem with my SIM card she spent ages on the phone trying to solve the problem. She was always there with a smile and made my stay extra special.

I liked the warm reception and the professionalism.of staff at the reception , desk, particularly Miss Seray. She makes you feel at home. It's a wonderful place to stay and will definitely recommend it to anyone planning to travel to Istanbul. It's value for money and offers fantastic customer service.

Slightly far from the main street. But might be an advantage--- less noise.
