During my stay in Istanbul, I chose Hotel Bosphora Plus, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience. The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service, especially from the assistant manager, Burak, who went above and beyond by bringing us hot chocolate to the room after we had to wait a mere 10 minutes for slippers. It was such a thoughtful and caring gesture that truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel exceeds expectations in every aspect—price, comfort, service, and location. I had previously visited Istanbul in May and stayed at another hotel, which left me disappointed with the city; the people I encountered were rather unfriendly. However, Hotel Bosphora Plus completely changed my perspective. Special thanks to Manager Serdar, the friendly and efficient Receptionist Eren, and the welcoming restaurant staff, who ensured that every breakfast was delicious and hearty. But it was truly Burak who made our days and transformed our entire stay into a remarkable experience. I fell in love with Istanbul and realized that this city is home to wonderful, thoughtful people who know how to make their guests feel at home. Hotel Bosphora Plus is a gem I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone. If you’re looking for an experience that blends comfort, care, and excellent service, this is the place to be!

The coffee machine of the car did not work for 2 days, but for espresso and latte macchiato.

This is amazing property right in the heart of Sisli Istanbul. Transportation, cultural food and Sislis Memorial hospital are all in a very close vicinity. On top of that, hotels crew and staff are excellent at what they do. They made me feel like at home. Especially Burak and Eren went above and beyond each time i needed something. I flew to Turkey for a medical procedure and since i traveled alone, i needed a place I could trust and rely on and believe me these two guys have surpassed my expectations every day. Most humble and quick to provide excellent customer services and they are fluent in English which could be hard to find in Turkey. ( this review is not part of any promotional deal , i just wanted to let tourists know that Hotel Bosfora Plus will not disappoint you in any way).

Good turkish breakfast buffet, very friendly and helpful staff. Room big enough with plenty of space to store belongings, nice and clean bathroom.

There is no safe in the room.

Clean spacious room with a nice view. Overall interior and bathroom is nicely renovated. Staff at the hotel were pleasant and very helpful. Room service was fast and the food was quite tasty. Burak was exceptional and very helpfulz

The location is not ideal if you are visiting for tourism, but only a short walk away from busy streets so not too bad.

Guys at reception are some of the best people you will ever meet. Courteous, always smiling and make you feel like family! They went out of their way to make sure I got the best experience possible. Cafe, grocery store, and few shops are right next to the hotel. Room was spacious, clean, and had AC. Location was about a minute walk to main street and 5 minutes walk to the nearest mall. Staff can arrange for taxi pickup from and to airports (which I did). They can also arrange for private transportation and tours!

Walls are a bit thin, and the hotel is down a hill. Though it is about a minute away from the main street. Still, the hospitality of the staff and value for money paid is excellent.

Liked that location was close to areas like osman bay , nisantasi and bebek. Location was quieter then most other places we visited. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Had to walk up a steep slope to reach anywhere. No restaurants or supermarkets within 500 metre vicinity. Breakfast though nice but had the same food items everyday making it monotonous.

The breakfast was the same everyday. You’re not allowed to order food from outside it has to be from the hotel, although the food for lunch and dinner room service was nice but felt like I had to order from there.

The hotel is nice, good location, very nice and helpful staff (all of them can speak good English). 2 grocery shops extremely near. Close to a nice shopping mall (cevahir)

Only downside is that the hotel is at a lower altitude, you have to walk on a steep ramp and or stairs to reach the mall or the main street.

I have stayed at Bosfora Plus in 2020 and had to re-book in 2022 The Management under ( Emre ) is first class The Team ( Ufuk, Mohammed, Kerem, Kemal and Burak are very polite At all times Very high standard of professionalism 10/10 The Room I have stayed in twice ( Junior Suite with Balcony ) is one The top looking rooms I've seen, it has x2 pillars that gives you the white house look, the bathroom shower is Big and roomie Also the location is great, 5min walk to Cevahir Shopping and Entertainment Centre And 8min from Sisli Metro that will connect you to the heart of Istanbul in minutes Taxi Stand just outside the hotel The Hotels breakfast quality is delicious and fresh every time, room service is quick And also the Laundry service I will recommend to just stay once and you will always re-book like me Hopefully I will be back the in August 2022 Can't wait to meet the team again Thank You Emre Kind regards Zuvear Ahmed
