Staff welcoming, support, help, cooperation and different language support. Tarek, Khalid and Tamara were perfect and honest people. Location is perfect on main toad and very near to variety of bus stops and metro stations. Room is comfortable for its purpose of stay, but need to be of big size for families and the team upgraded it free for me. Many thanks to them.

Honestly, I checked the breakfast kitchen and was not meeting hygiene basics. Kitchen staff needs full and proper clean and safe storing after use. Not to be exposed.

employee name Tareq was a good reception guy and the manager was very good as will he helped us to have a good 2 room as we ask near each other, clean rooms , perfect location, a lot of deferent shops nearby

old than we thought, sounds can be heard from other rooms , we have to use stairs when we enter the hotel, we didn't try thier breakfast but i think it is good ,

"I recently stayed at Royal Palace Hotel and had good experience. The staff was welcoming especially Omar and Abdul Rahman and provided all the necessary information. The room was comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious options, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. The staff displayed professionalism and hospitality throughout my stay. Overall, it was good experience, and I highly recommend the Royal Palace Hotel. Really want to thank both of Omar and Abdel Rahman.

Royal palace hotel has the best staff Very friendly, meets you with a smile and communication was very easy they know English, turkish, Arabic. I would really like to give much thanks to Tarig, he helped us in everything we needed and that made our stay very comfortable , he was really nice and friendly and always met us with a lovely smile, and would also like to give special thanks to Mr. Ahmed.

The breakfast provided was excellent with a great choice of items to choose from. The staff were very helpful at all times.

I liked how wonderful ànd super friendly the staff was, They were very polite and nice to talk to. The room was very good and we liked the view of the street , the location is amazing everything is near us.

They need to consider changing the doors of the rooms and try to install a more sound isolated one, but other than this everything is good
