Loved the room design. Also the hotel is in a great location in Istanbul (for the room cost), has super friendly and helpful staff, and good facilities.

The breakfast is good, but the food is almost the same every day. For a mini hotel it's understandable though.

We have been there about 8 nights, we really enjoyed, we had rooms with balcony which were amazing. Friendly, helpful and respectful people there , great location, nice and clean and comfortable rooms, nice dining breakfast area, great Turkish coffee … very clean, I preferred them not to change towels every day unless we drop them down to save environment more although it is positive point of them to care about hygiene and changing towels and sheets every day. I expected more variety of breakfast as 4 starts hotel but there was not, however we had enough options and breakfast not to leave hotel hungry and enjoying the nice and fresh dining area 😃we were seating there for hours and they didn’t mind , thanks dear Shirin🙏🏻, a little bit bed was not comfortable and we preferred to have bed for third person in triple room instead of sofa bed, but it was not big issue as we knew this before booking and sofa was not too uncomfortable . Every day we had room cleaning service , they cleaned room and every where apart from shower area. Again it was not big deal as it was spotless in first day.

The design looks very good, and the bed was very comfortable. It's inspiring to see the aspirations of the team - I see more potential for this hotel as it continues to develop (it only started in 2020).

In practice, it's closer to a 3-star experience by international standards. For example, I'd expect a little bit higher finish quality (looks great on the photos, but in reality feels underwhelming), better soundproofing, quieter A/C, and fully working on-site restaurant (it wasn't during my stay - only delivery was available for dinner).

The hotel’s receptionist is very helpful especially the girl i do not remember her name but she was amazing and so helpful

i did not like the breakfast so much it was very basic and there is no change. Also, the waiter responsible for breakfast is very rude and not welcoming at all and she does not want to bring anything if its finished.

Everything was amazing, the room was great and in perfect condition. The staff is genuinely some of the nicest people I’ve ever met during any of my hotel stays, incredibly hospitable and helpful.

Nice location, staff is very friendly, they gave us a free room upgrade. Room is very clean but even deluxe category is very small, for a couple of days is fine though.

Breakfast: no variety at all. If you select between 2 properties: with and without breakfast and giving your choice to this because of the breakfast - the worst idea. 100% you will go to nearest cafe for the breakfast because in the hotel it’s bad enough.

It’s affordable, cozy and family friendly, location is quite good. There’s restaurants and supermarkets nearby, you can go to Nişantaşı by walking. Mr. Ahmet at the reception is very nice and helpful. The staff are sweet and kind. I’m definitely coming back to Delita in my next visit.

I guess they can do better in cleaning, I sneezed a lot and there was lack of toilet paper and no napkins in the room. Breakfast need some improvements. Wish them all the best.

Almost everything was great, from the welcoming receptionist to the spotless room. The AC was efficient, and I appreciated their environmental responsibility. The breakfast tasted homemade; while some comments mentioned it's limited, it has most things you need to start your day.

I didn't like the lights as they were pulsating, and the water pressure in the bathroom was low. Additionally, it's a bit farther to walk to the metro station than I had hoped.

The quiet and it was a convenient location.

we regularly smelled cigarette smoke coming up in the evening probably from the kitchen downstairs. Or the air conditioning on the other hand it was very annoying. Room service was not done for two days. Cleaning was not done. Towels were not changed and water was not provided.
