We spent six nights at Alness Residence and were very pleased with our stay. The location is excellent for a family: a clean and quiet area with shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a metro (Osmanbey) and bus stop. The building is new, as are the apartments, and they were clean and cozy. The apartments were at 1st floor (not a basement) and equipped with all the necessary furniture and appliances, everything is new and in working order.

I recommend contacting the administrator in advance to confirm the number of beds. We were provided with two double beds instead of the one double and two single beds that were stated. This was not a serious problem for us, and we slept quite comfortably. Sometimes in the evenings, there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms, possibly from the neighbors or the corridor. We did not investigate further, but I recommend checking this issue. For 3 out of 6 nights, there was the sound of a washing machine running for at least three hours, particularly at night, and it was especially noticeable in the bedroom with the mini safe. This was not critical for us, as we were tired after shopping tours, but it is something to be aware of.

Great location few steps from metro station, Taksim only one station away and 30 min walk, close to grocery stores coffee shops good restaurants and shopping.. very very clean everything we needed was available, safe building, easy checkin/out, we had a late check out which was very convenient.

Some tissues and kitchen towels would’ve been great. An awkwardly ex large coffee table made the apartment feel small while it wasn’t; I would certainly loose it !

I never felt that much comfort in my stays in hotels. I liked every single detail in the hotel and the room decoration, the facilities provided in the room made me feel the comfort of my own home, everything was provided, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, kettle, dishes and cutleries, fridge, a smart TV.... basically whatever cross your mind. The staff was exceptional they extended my stay with the same initial price even though it was the holiday season. friendly and always at your service. I loved the fact that there was no room cleaning but they provided you with clean towels, sheets, water, coffee, and soups whenever needed. the location is perfect distance from lots of attractions and public transportation, by perfect distance I mean you still can enjoy a peaceful sleep without noises but reach anything you desire with some minutes walking. Car Parking is not available in the accommodation itself but there was affordable parking only 50-100 meters away. be cautious if you searching for a wheelchair-accessible stay, then this accommodation is not for you.

couldn't find anything.... as a matter of fact jokingly when I was watching a late-night movie I said if the sofa doesn't turn into a bed then I will complain about my stay... but viola the sofa turned into a bed too... now am left with no words to complain.

The interior design was so stylish and cool, my youngest auntie specifically chose this apartment for its appearance, the staff were responsive to our questions and demands in WhatsApp, and were so helpful, they were so kind and understanding which is something i adore in people, i hope to stay here once again when i visit istanbul in the future

Perfect servis clean room

Very cool place, comfortable and nicely designed. Great location, near the metro station. Staff was super helpful. Would just recommend upgrading the kitchen equipment a bit - we did not have any glasses for example when we've arrived. But other than that, everything was super nice, highly recommend this place.

The hotel was situated in a good location, and easy to reach all areas of central Istanbul. The staff, a pleasant fellow named Basil was helpful and affable. On the whole, our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

Room cleaning services were insufficient for a 3 week stay. I believe that they would have done more, had I asked, but it shouldn't be necessary.. They should replace the dishwasher provided with a tumble dryer.

So far, one of the best apartements I've ever stayed in Istanbul! The atmosphere was super cozy and the staff was super nice and flexible with solutions! The cleanliness and top interiors just added points to this location! I'll definitely come back here!

The location is great, close to metro and walking distance to many nice cafes and restaurants. Staff is amazing, very nice and helpful.

We liked everything, this is more as heads up for any future visitors. This is a residence so there is no daily cleaning, keep your rooms nice and tidy. Also, if you are taller then 170 cm, double bed may be a bit tight for two people.
