We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The rooms were really clean.The reception was very friendly and kind. breakfast was good and excellent. restaurant was clean and beautiful. The most important thing was the excellent location of the hotel, which was only a two-minute walk to the metro station. There was a small Starbucks in the lobby. The rooms were properly cleaned every day.An important point, the satisfaction of the guests was very important to them Overall, we had a good stay

Unfortunately, I have to point out some small points. The knives, spoons and forks in the restaurant were not very clean and had stains, we told this to the hotel management and they said they would definitely check. Second, there was no minibar in the refrigerator and no lampshade in the room which is better prepared

With discount everything is great. The bed is comfortable. Room size is good, you have enough space to sit. There is a big table that I used for work. During winter time AC works in heat mode and was powerful. Location is good with one exception: it’s high traffic street so there is some car smoke (but it’s everywhere in Istanbul). Staff is excellent, very friendly and cooperative. Even clean guy who was able to speak English, work fast and in appropriate time spot on my density schedule. Recommend for business trip.

They change everything (towel, soap, etc) every day. It’s not ecological friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was very clean and well-maintained. Its location is excellent — just a short walk from the metro station, which made getting around the city very convenient. What really stood out was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone was welcoming and professional, especially Abdullah, who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. His kindness and assistance truly made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was absolutely exceptional—so responsive and helpful that it was truly impressive. The location was also excellent, with easy accessibility and a nice surrounding area. The cleaning service was fantastic, with everything spotless and tidy every single day. The interior of the hotel was also fine and met expectations.

My room’s windows faced a tall building and a parking lot, which made the room quite dark, even on sunny days. Additionally, there were many garbage bins outside the window, and at night, trucks came to empty them, making a lot of noise. There were also frequent loud voices outside, possibly from gatherings or parties, which were audible even with earplugs.

My stay at Jaff Hotels & Spa Nisantasi was delightful! From the moment I arrived, Abdullah, the reception manager, greeted me warmly, whose hospitality made my visit exceptional. Abdullah's service was exemplary. He went above and beyond to ensure that all my requests were promptly taken care of and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. - Spa did not meet expectations: broken parts in the shower and only one sauna for all the customers - The hotel staff ordered a taxi for us to the airport, but I do not recommend taking the yellow taxi: the price the hotel said was not correct as the taxi driver added extra costs (for example "fast route without traffic jams" +600TRY, but this was probably the normal route as the travel time corresponded to what the hotel estimated). Hope this helps others to be cautious with yellow taxi drivers.

Breakfast is very good. Location is excellent, very close to Osmanbey metro station. Personnel on reception is very friendly and polite, try to meet all requests of the guests. Mr.Abdulla on reception is exceptianally attentive to the guests. I would like also appreciate the service of Mrs.Maya on reception.The big thanks to all staff! At the moment I prolonged my stay here for few days and certainly will book this hotel next time also. :)
