Şişli/Bomonti is an old district with some of the mansions still visible, if dilapidated at times, and engaging small streets. It is full of genuine, non-touristy, cafés and bakeries and restaurants and bars -- everything from hipster craft beer to places where you will eat alongside local policemen. It is just 20 minutes on the metro from the centre but you are in real Istanbul. The hotel is comfortable, welcoming, and does generous and nice breakfasts. We would be happy to stay there again.

If you want to see a famous building through your window, not the place. There is some noise between rooms and we couldn't get a WiFi signal.

The room was clean, and the bed was large and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast tea was so good that I asked for a third cup! Free Wi-Fi was available. The neighborhood offers various restaurants for good dining options. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting the Sisley area in Istanbul.

The bidet in our room was malfunctioning, which isn't a major issue if it's not used. I expected a better breakfast. Although the wifi was free, it was slow and frequently disconnected in the evening, so I opted to use my cellular data instead.

Modern, clean and well equipped room with comfortable beds. Fantastic shower. Effective and quiet aircon. Fast Wifi. All staff were very friendly and helpful. A small issue in the room could be fixed very quickly. We liked the good, high quality breakfast buffet with a good mix of local and international dishes. Good location with shops, places to eat and subway station nearby, all within easy walking distance. The hotel is small and we felt at home.

The bathroom is a bit small with little storage space and the special toilet paper dispenser was not very reliable. There is no fridge in the room. The aircon stopped working during our last two nights. Unfortunately, we informed the hotel too late about it and they did not have the chance to fix it. Most likely, they could have resolved this issue if we had informed them earlier.

It’s in a good location, very close to osmanbey Main Street (6 min walk to bus station and metro) The staff is very lovely and helpful, specially Hakan the receptionist. He helped me with transportation and avoiding traffic times and finding good activities to do. The room was very clean and included all needed amenities. I felt safe in the neighborhood and there were close supermarket and laundry place also.

Breakfast closes at 10:30 am a bit early, and it is repetitive if you stay for a long time.

The bathroom amenities were exceptional, particularly the high-quality shower head. The hotel's location provided both comfort and convenience. The staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. The price / quality relationship was excellent, offering great value for money.

Regrettably, essential toiletries such as shower gel and toothbrush were not provided. Additionally, the absence of cups (specifically for enjoying Turkish tea) and napkins was noted. Furthermore, the lack of scales, which are significant for many tourists, was disappointing. The breakfast offered was lacking in variety.

The property is clean and very well maintained. The neighborhood is busy, but not loud and is very safe. The staff, especially a wonderful young woman (red head) and the General Manager were very kind and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the women who manage the small restaurant were wonderful and kind.

I wasn't used to the use of a room key to ensure the light and air conditioning are not running while you're in the room. The room and the especially the bathroom was well appointed.

The staff were amazing and respectful. They were really helpful in helping us contacting the airport and changing flights. The room and the facility was clean and the breakfast was good enough to start the day. Plus the hotel's location near the subway and relatively low slope (this is Istanbul we are talking about) made this places pretty decent for easily moving around the city.

The breakfast is OK but it could become more interesting.

The property is small, breakfast buffet is limited. But that’s the case in every hotel in Turkey. But the staff is so kind that they help in whatever way they can. That’s exactly what we expect of the staff to be mindful and helpful. The helper boys were very helpful. The cooks were sweet too. Without knowing English still try to communicate and be kind. The hotel is very neat and that’s what I was looking for. Reachable on foot and car directly to front door.

May be a little higher price. Finding a cab from bitaksi might be a little difficult.

This is our second stay here, the reception staff did not acknowledge this until later on. Clean rooms and comfortable beds which were perfect after a long day of walking. The location is good for shopping, walking distance to Cevahir mall and there is a nearby hairdresser that does one of the best express wash and blow dry. Taxi's do not like going to the hotel as it is a narrow one way street. Luckily we figured out our bearings and were able to walk or take public transport. Breakfast is basic. We would stay again.

Nothing to eat close by, everything is at least 10 minutes walking distance and its not easy to find a taxi outside the hotel.

The rooms were very spacious and had great lighting. The location was good if you want to stay in nisantasi. The reception staff were quite attentive.

We asked for cutlery and extra cups. The hotel said they don’t provide that and need to buy disposable ones from outside. We were a large family and booked many rooms and stayed for a week. That was a small thing that I wasn’t happy about. The lobby can be improved and the lady that services breakfast was not very friendly and made the guests feel very uncomfortable.
