Location is good for those who are coming for shopping. About 10 minute walk to Nişantaşi and about 5 minutes walk to Osmanbey station Also Carrefour market less than 1 minute The staff are really AMAZING.. all of them very kind, cheerful and helpful and more than welcoming. They speak arabic perfectly THANKS TO ALL OF THEM Wifi connection was super and didn’t experience any problem with it Rooms are super clean and contain all facilities, Well sealed and spacious Breakfast buffet was tasty and every day new variants

The street is sloping so it won’t be suitable for those who have knee problems Hope that breakfast contains more variety of Turkish food The only negative thing was that the smoke detector was in the middle of the room just above the bed and keeps flickering all night

My stay at the hotel was pleasant. The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms and common areas were clean, and the housekeeping service was reliable. Overall, a good experience

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable at times, which made it challenging to stay connected. The room featured a kitchenette, which was a nice touch, but it lacked essential items such as forks, spoons, knives, plates, bowls, cups, and basic cookware like pans or pots. We had to request some of these items from the staff, which was a bit inconvenient.

Location is good as you have access to shops, metro and it is close to many places of interest. Breakfast is good too. The staff was very good and assisted in arranging taxies, tours to other cities, guided when needed and always there to help.

We had ensuite a bed room and separate seating area with microwave, fridge, small kitchen etc. It was great. Two things could be improved. There was only one bed and one cot for 2 adults and 3 kids. There could be 1 small bed too. though Safa could be used. There were no glasses or crockeries in the kitchen. Water cups were delivered daily however not enough for a family.

We were visiting family in Istanbul and therefore we picked the hotel for it's location - close to our relatives' place and also minutes walk from subway station. Main shopping streets nearby. At least 3 parking lots nearby (literally around the corner). Delicious breakfast served (if ordered in price of the room). High pressure hot water, clean rooms. Polite and assistive staff.

- shower needed some repairs (sprinkles everywhere) - we booked Standard room and our window was facing a wall 2 meters away

The location and the comfort were fantastic. It was central to many different ways of transportation. There’s a laundromat up the street. There are markets all over. The breakfast was lovely.

You can hear your neighbors quite easily. The shower was slightly broken, but it had good water pressure. Our key card kept having issues and we had to keep getting it reset, and the hotel said it was because we had two different key cards. That seems problematic when you have more than one person staying in a room and they aren’t doing the same things together.

1- The hotel reception was friendly. 2- The beds were really uncomfortable and should be replaced. 3- When the windows were closed, there was a bad smell in the room. 4- The breakfast could have been more varied on different days. 5- The hotel's access to shopping and subway was excellent. 6- The rooms were clean. 7- The weakest issue in the hotel was the internet.

an omelette bar was great and the variety of options were good, I have seen a better one only in a couple of 5star hotels but the charges were much higher! the location is convenient surrounded with shops and supermarkets. but a bit on the busy side

if you drive a car, finding a parking spot would be a hassle when you coming back a bit late. it is advised to have a good relation with the surrounding garage attendance!

Location is nearing Osmanbay station, by using Osmanbay station you can reach a lot of places like Blue Mosque, Taksim, Emininio ...etc

- The didn't allow us to early check-in or late check-out - The Breakfast buffet is small, but it's okay in general

My daughter and I stayed in 38 Hotel from 22-28 September 24. The staff were friendly, hotel was clean and room were spacious. The location of the hotel was in a very good area. Lots of shops. Transport was very easy to access to. Trains, buses and taxis. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel with large clean rooms, which are cleaned everyday. The people there are friendly. The breakfast is delicious with various things everyday and also has omelette station. On close walking distance to public transport. If you arrive by car I suggest to use the paid parking lot nearby.

Noisy street even in the late hours.
