Hello. I am happy to say this was a great stay at the Norah. Nicely renovated, very clean and very comfortable apartment with one double and one single bed. Most important - all staff at the hotel is very friendly, very helpful and they exceeded my expectations. Reception stuff and maintenance staff have done so much to make our stay comfortable and memorable. I've stayed with my daughters and we felt very safe. Great location as well. Huge balcony.

Everything was great , it’s accessible to most tourist attractions and the metro . It has lots of restaurants and shops around it . The staff is amazing and helpful . They cater to your needs .

The balcony view as it’s not shown what to expect when you book . I think if they were transparent about it ,it would be better.

The Hotel is cleaned , Staff are friendly and cooperative, location is perfect , flat design is nice , AC quality , The elevator - highly recommend for the family

This was our 6th time visiting Istanbul and I can't say we've ever had a wonderful experience of staying anywhere other than at Norah Suites Hotel. The whole of our experience of staying at the hotel, from the moment we checked in, throughout our stay and to the time we checked out, we loved everything about our stay. The staff were amazing, the facilities were clean, everytime we asked for anything, they brought to our suite straight away, when we checked in, we were also upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment with no extra cost and that was such a lovely gesture, thank you. We had such an amazing and peaceful experience staying here and we will definitely book with you again.

The only thing I would suggest is to please change the pillows, they were rather uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise there was nothing to dislike.

From the first moment we stepped into the hotel, we got surrounded by care of the hotel personnel, a very nice and polite Mr Anvar was the first who met and greeted us. The other guys at the reception were also very kind and helpful-all our numerous requests (water, towels, iron,scissors,wine bottle opener and etc😃) were completed immediately and with a smile. The deluxe one-bedroom room was ok, though we thought it will be a bit bigger, but it was very comfortable to stay there for 3 girls. The shower is ok, it was very important to us! The kitchen is well equipped and has almost everything (apart from knives to cut bread or vegetables,but we managed it), the fridge was ok. The cleaning in the room was very good, every evening we arrived to our clean room with fresh towels and clean cups/dishes-thank you to the cleaning ladies! As previously mentioned in other reviews, the hotel location is the best. Osmanbey is a very good spot to stay at. Thank you,guys,for making our short friends vacation in Istanbul so comfortable and memorable. We’d love to return back soon!

Cigarette smoke in the room, but by the end of our stay we already didn’t pay attention to it.

Nice apartment close to the metro station Osmanbey, location is convenient and safe. Stores and restaurants around (there there’s even a coffee shop right in the corner). The balcony is really nice. In general, our room was very quiet . Kitchen is very well equipped . The room can be cleaned every single day (for sustainability, we didn’t ask for it). The staff at the reception are really helpful and welcoming.

They need urgently bread knifes in the kitchen! The knives there aren’t sharp enough for cutting bread or fruits (at least in our room). Other than that it has been a lovely stay. I would stay again there.

Great location in sisli with 2 minutes walking to metro station and 5 minutes to famous Street Nishantashi. Staff were amazing especially the hotel manager Mr. Ahmad who assisted us a lot. His team, as well, were very helpful.

The location was by far the best. A really good restaurant opposite the premises, lots of shops around including supermarkets, bakery, turkish sweets, takeaway restaurants, money exchange. An amazing breakfast place nearby. The staff were very helpful and accomodating and the place was immaculate including the showers, toilets, kitchen etc. Sisli (which is neighbourhood where the accommodation is located) is a stone's throw away from OsmanBey, Nisantasi, Taksim Square and more.

A modern, contemporary aparthotel arrangement, felt secure with 24 hour reception and secure, solid entrance door to our own apartment. As others have mentioned, there is a very useful, busy thoroughfare nearby, with supermarkets to stock up with provisions before a day of touring, ''Simit' ( a street food staple I was not familiar with until this visit) vendors everywhere, and a reasonably priced but elegant Baklavari, bus stops and the Osmanbey subway stop for easy access to Taksim Square. A little further walk away are the familiar Western fast food outlets and coffee chains, which were a welcome backup for late evening sustenance after a day of sightseeing and trying out local food. Any reasonable request was quickly fulfilled by the staff, such as extra bedding for our group of 5!

Kitchen was equipped with enough utensils to cover cooking needs of most people on a holiday. However, if you are having a longer stay and plan on more elaborate catering, you can think about ensuring enough equipment. We did not have time to check availability of Netflix but am sure this would have been arranged had we required it, but check beforehand with the business, if this is important to you.
