Was looking for an hotel near the Osmanbey metro station (was staying in a big 4 star hotel in the area several times, but it was sold out). Tried this one (wasn't sure, but the reviews were great, also the hotel is new, so a bit cheaper than usual), turned out to be the best hotel I've been to in Istanbul and easily the number one choice in the future. BTW it's not some small hotel, about 40 rooms (to be honest, decided to stay here only after finding that out) Location is great, very close to Osmanbey station, but not too close. Quiet at night. Close to the main street, so feels safe even late (walking from Taksim at 10 pm no problem, people walking, eating out, Mcdonalds nearby works until 1:00). The street is somewhat steep (first arrival with a bag will be a little tricky), but the distance is too short for it to be a real inconvenience. Soundproofing imho is exceptional. Hotel was sold out after all, but I wasn't even sure I have neighbors and could only hear people in the hall (the door has sizeable gap for ventilation). The room is big, as is the wardrobe, safe is laptop friendly, 16 inch notebook fits no problem, imho even 18-19 inch would be ok). The mattress is great, not too soft. The towels smelled nice (and not like bleach like in some hotels). Wi-Fi, big TV, AC, ventilation, fridge, everything worked as it should (and that's rare), also no beeping and clicking from sensors. No smells in the bathroom (well, the hotel is really new) The staff was very friendly, speaks English better than me. Cleaning was good.

Everything was great.

The interior is brand new with comfy furniture & a nice bathroom. It shows that it got renovated recently. Conveniently close to the metro station, I had no issue travelling.

Just some tiny details, a proper coffee machine instead of a plastic kettle would have suited this room better. The room doors are not completely sound proof, if someone is talking outside you could hear them.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. Additionally, the employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle free experience.

We really liked this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed: a small table, armchair, sofa, and nightstand. Cleaning was done every day. It was quiet at night, so we slept well. Breakfast was good — typical Turkish style. The location is very convenient: close to Osmanbey metro station and bus stops, so it’s easy to get to the city center and main attractions. You can also walk to Dolmabahçe Palace through the beautiful Nişantaşı area. The only thing to keep in mind: the hotel is on a hill, so it might be a bit hard for people who don’t like walking uphill or for parents with strollers. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Property is situated on the corner of a side street just off the Main Street of osmanbey so very close to the international branded stores The rooms are done well very modern from lobby to the rooms shower had good pressure and flow rate with quick heat of water Towels and basic toiletries are provided fridge in the room tv has some limited Chanel’s but they have WiFi so there was YouTube and a previous customer Netflix acc was logged in Metro is a short walk 3-5 mins we used the metro much cheaper than the taxis and won’t be subjected tourist taxi scams There is a kebab place two shops down so if you do arrive late don’t worry you can get a bite to eat it cost me about £7 so very reasonable for fresh food Also across the shop there is a convenience store for your needs Airport transfers are arranged by the hotel at cost of 1600-800 lira a little higher than taxi apps but I would happily pay again as I paid the hotel so I know the drivers wouldn’t squeeze us for more money when at the destination If you use taxis use bitaksi app if you need data the hotel sell a sim for use in Turkiye and they assist in setting it up

The breakfast very simple break , vegetables cheese coffee juice boiled egg but this is normal for Turkish breakfasts in hotels If you stay there you can walk onto osmanbey Main Street and visit Costas, cafe Nero Starbucks McDonald’s and other independent local eatery’s for breakfast I did see a few that did continental style breakfast places but I ate at the hotel each day as our schedule was busy There was kinda small noises coming intermittently into the room like a electrical hum but nothing to bother me as it wasn’t that frequent maybe it was the fridge in the room I don’t know I didn’t know how to work the ac control I didn’t ask so worth asking if it can be adjusted

Istanbul is a city I've explored extensively, and this hotel stands out as the best value I've encountered. Located in an incredible area, it’s brand new with every detail meticulously planned. The towels are the nicest I've seen, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, and the smart TV works flawlessly. The bathroom and shower are excellent, and the cleanliness and housekeeping services are impeccable. The style and layout of the hotel are beautiful and practical. The staff and management are outstanding—accommodating my early arrival and offering great communication. Their city recommendations were excellent. Having worked in luxury hospitality marketing for 15 years and traveled globally, this hotel offers unmatched value, rivaling places I've stayed at ten times the price. The air conditioning works perfectly, making it easy to rest and enjoy my stay.

There was truly nothing I didn't like about my stay.

Stayed here several times since it's opening last year and plan to do it again. Much better experience than many more expensive options. Staff is great, air conditioning is great, cleaning is great, facilities are great. If there are any problems, they are quickly solved.

Steep road from a subway station and like many roads in Istanbul, not really suited for pedestrians, especially with big bags. It's just a couple of minutes but it can be a bit tricky (you'll have to deal with traffic), but doable.

It was a lovely stay. All the staff were extremely helpfull. Room was perfect, Clean and big. I deffinetely recomend. Will come back soon.

I loved the respect and welcoming behavior of every staff that I met. They kept showing their willingness to bring comfort and great experience to us. The hotel itself gave us modern vibe. Breakfast was decent enough. They did their best whenever we would ask for fresh bread during breakfast time.

Everything was pretty seamless in our perspective. The only downside was a couple of stains showing up on the carpet, which seemed inevitable, at least to me.

They gave us the room earlier as it was already cleaned. Also they were kind to serve the breakfast super early in the morning because we had to leave before breakfast time.

The lady serving the breakfast area in the morning never said hello back, and was always grumpy it is not something I would normally complain about but when someone greets you face to face, you usually greet them back.
