Location is very good

the 5 star hotel was 5 star maybe 10 years ago.Now all is broken, damaged, the bathroom has a smell that kills you, the air conditioning was not working, the table was broken, and all in the room is old..

I recently stayed at Ramada Plaza Istanbul City Center and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is located in an excellent location, with easy access to the Osmanbey Metro Station and within walking distance of the Istanbul Military Museum and Istanbul Convention & Exhibition Center. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were kind and helpful throughout my stay, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. The rooftop swimming pool and spa facilities were fantastic, with a panoramic view of Istanbul from the rooftop. The pool area was well-maintained and clean, which added to the overall experience of staying at the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Good location. M2 Metro stop right outside so easy to get anywhere. One stop from Taksim. Plenty of restaurants around, plus Nero etc. and also small shopping centre across the road, Lotus Walk, with more choice of food outlets and a good supermarket. Open air pool on the roof with loungers, which is a bit of a rarity this close to the city centre and great for a chill after sightseeing. Superior room was massive and kept absolutely spotless thanks to Ayse from housekeeping. Thank you for looking after us so well. Didn't try the breakfast as tended to get that on way to first sightseeing stop. Reception very helpful and there was always someone on the door with a friendly smile and a hello. We wanted to see the sights at our own pace plus some relaxation and this was perfect for that.

I liked the hotel very much. Stuff was very professional and the gentleman from reception Yilmaz was very helpful and always helped us with any questions we had. Very helpful and super friendly. I also would like to mention for the lady who looked after our room, it was super tidy and she has an eye to details, I was very impressed, her name was Elif as I remember and wanted to say thank you for looking after our room. Great job you have done and the whole stuff in the hotel. All team is just the best! Thank you to all of you. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

As always, Ramada Plaza City Center is the best hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul, close to the metro and everything you might need. The staff is friendly, kind, and always ready to help. When you arrive, you will be warmly welcomed by Mr. Jalal, who always greets guests with his wonderful smile. He is incredibly helpful and kind special thanks to him, and special thanks to the General Manager Mr. Ozer Diler for the kind words on the welcome card and for upgrading my room. I also want to express my gratitude to Ms. Ece and all the reception staff, Mr. Can, Mr. Celal, Mr. Yilmaz and Mr. Ersin and housekeeping Ms. Gulbeyaz, Maryam. I really enjoyed the Gym at the rooftop and the spa. Location is great yet a bit noisy. Warm gratitude towards the French/turkish reception lady for her kindness

The only thing I regret is the mattress quality and the noise. It’s not a place for deep sleep

I want to thank the hotel and the whole staff for an amazing stay. The hotel is excellent and it was a great vacation. The location is perfect and the rooms and so nice, big and clean. The receptionist welcomed us in a very lovely way with a smiling face. I want to thank the cleaning lady Pershan who was the cleaner and the room was super clean and tidy, she also had a lovely smile. I would also like to thank Celal the bellboy, he was very helpful in following up with our taxi who was late, he did his best. Thank you again Ramada Plaza family for making our stay so special. I also want to add that the Spa on the 7th floor has the greatest massage in Istanbul.
