Honestly, it is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in terms of price, location, cleanliness, and safety. The hotel is located in an excellent location next to all services. The hotel is safe and quiet. Honestly, I would like to thank Mr. Ahmed at the reception'He is very respectful and well-mannered and knows how to deal with customers with all respect and professionalism.

Another excellent stay with the Jazz hotel. The deluxe room was fantastically spacious, clean with excellent air conditioning, which meant the room was cool by the time I arrived back in the evening to have a good night's sleep. The location is excellent, and walking distance to many trendy shops and restaurants. Osmanbey Metro is 4-5 mins from the hotel which gives you excellent links to Taksim, Ferry ports to cross over to Asia and to the touristic areas. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing i can think of is that the light is a little dim in the bathroom. And that is having to really nitpick to find something wrong. it had very little effect on my trip.

The stay was good The communication with the staff a little bit hard but it goes with OFOK he was super man He Knows English very well and very helpful.. the others want to help but their English was not good enough… The location is super 👍

The hotel's location is excellent, in the beautiful and quiet neighbourhood of Nisantasi and at a 5-minute walk from the metro stop. The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful -we would like to especially thank Ufuk! We highly recommend the Jazz Hotel!

Perhaps the hotel could have maps of Istanbul and of the city's metro system for the guests -it would have been helpful to walk around and orient ourselves since we didn't have any internet

The Hotel is even better than we expected. The stаff is polite and helpful. They gave us a better room on the 3th floor, away from the street and it was very comfortable, clean, quiet and cozy. We left our car on the same street, maybe 200 metars away, on a paid parking which was very comfortable and safe. Thank you very much Jazz Hotel!

This hotel has character and feels like home. The location is great. Only 2 min. walk to the Osmanbey metro and 10 min. from Taksim square, 20 min. walk through a nice park to Kabatas and Dolmabahce palace. The breakfast area is very clean and you can find every thing you need. Our room was big and very clean with excellent bathroom, every day cleaning and bottles of drinkwater. Wifi was also excellent. . But most of all, the personnel was great. Thanks to Elif, Elcin, Yildiz, Mehmet, Murat and Ahmet we did have an excellent time.

the windows are not soundproof.

The staff were great, the location was spot on, the hotel was great value and of high quality and everything went very smoothly. Highly recommend.

The only minor thing was that the hotel was not accessible at all times by car so it was always a bit of a problem to off load and load suitcases in the car as we had to park the car in a nearby car park. Obviously, If you don't drive a car, that's not an issue and everything else was great.

In the HEART of the busiest commercial district of Istanbul but located in a QUIET street - central location to everything in Nisantasi. All the necessary things in a hotel room including iron and iron table. Clean and large enough room. Jazz motifs are a nice touch and if you don’t know jazz you may not notice them fully because some of them are discrete. The stuff are great!

The hotel is Jazz themed, it gives the feeling of a boutique hotels, the wonderful guys at the reception are friendly and welling to help with whatever they can do, which I really appreciate, thank you guys for being available 24/7, the one thing I would change probably is to add Jazz music in the lobby and common areas

The Wi-Fi was very bad and they have a smart TV, but you cannot open Netflix or YouTube on the TV was in Turkish language and we cannot change the language
