From the moment we arrived we were provided the upmost courtesy and welcome. The staff from the doorman at entrance, the wonderful welcoming check-in, bellhop, everyone - exceptional. Service oriented, any request was attended to immediately. Our room was clean, well-appointed, comfortable and has a lovely view. Morning breakfast was a delight both visually and the options were delicious. Hot options were offered and were made promptly to perfection. Our breakfast host was delightful and made sure everything was to our liking. Fantastic!

First of all i want to thank the whole hotel staff. They did an incredible job to make our stay enjoyable. Every request we had was executed immediately. They even went above and beyond to open up a closed pharmacy which was next to the hotel when my wife needed something. Everyone was so friendly to our 8 month old baby. I especially want to thank Mr. Özgür. He helped us a lot in every sense during our stay. I will be back in the Nisantasi District in a few months and return to Glens Palas for sure.

They have a nice restaurant and bar which is located right next to the entrance. It was closed due to renovation which we weren't informed upfront. It was not a big deal, there are plenty other options in the area but would have been good if they would have informed their guests.

the street of the hotel is amazing with all the nice shops (Prada, Gucci etc.. so you feel you are in the nice part of Istanbul) nice shops, cafes, bars and resto around. the staff are amazing each and everyone of them very friendly, communicative, good English and they always recommend nice places to go to and orders taxi etc .. breakfast is really nice not too crowded. it was my 2nd time there and will be the hotel ill go to in the future for sure.

Everything was very good and comfortable.There was a lady at the reception was helpful, friendly and smiling all the time. The concierge was helpful, friendly and quick to help us and also to carry our luggage. My heartfelt thanks to him and his help, as well as to the lady who was always smiling at us.

Everything was very good and comfortable.. but there were two things I faced during my stay at the hotel and I hope you accept this with all generosity.. First, the lighting was dim and dark, including the bathroom. It was difficult to put on makeup, which is an important thing for women. The second thing was that there was an unpleasant smell, as if it was the smell of untreated sewage in the corridor only, on the fourth floor near rooms 401 and 402. For me, this thing is not annoying at all because it is in the corridor, but it is of interest to me to talk about it in order to improve it. I mentioned it because I used the large mirrors in the corridor opposite the elevators in order to see myself more clearly than in the room, So I smelled it.

The location was superb, everything was within walking distance, cafes and shops. The staff were amazing, they went over and beyond to accomodate us ( especially Ayhan ) If we ask for anything we get it straight away.

We tried ordering room service one night and they said they didn't have room service available ( maybe because it was a boutique hotel). The bedsheets were not changed for a couple of days and apparently you have to ask for them to be changed. Towel service was always lacking, we are 2 in the room but they will put one set until I remind them to put another set. The lighting in the bathroom was very dim - probably because the tiles are black) for me it was ok but for my daughter who loves to put makeup on, she just couldn't see well.

The location is excellent, in the heart of Nisantasi: nice room, bathroom, nice view from the "partial sea view" room. The staff at the Reception (Emin) were very supportive and ready to help with everything. Manager of the hotel si always there, ready to help and solve the problem.

Breakfast can be much better, it is Istanbul, a town known for its great breakfasts, fruits, and juices. The music is missing during breakfast, it is very quite.

The hotel location was great ! The butler Ozgur was always helpful & nice. Also Nuriya the cleaner was the sweetest & loved seeing her smile every morning. She did put flowers in my room once which i thought was the sweetest <3 The rooms were always well cleaned.

Some of the receptionists were not the friendliest honestly. Smiling & warmly welcoming the guests would really make a difference. Mr. Onur on the other hand was very helpful.
