I like the the facilities like the water bottles and the coffee machine and how it was easy to do check-in online and have the room key also wifi was good the room was clean with comfortable bed.

The noise of the cars in the street they need to change the windows because all the noise arrives for us while we sleeping i was so tired and i slept but if i was not very tired it gonna be big problem to sleep and there is no possibility to resolve the problem because the reception open only few hours during the day , also the breakfast was very poor even the girls on the breakfast they can not speak English!!

Location and rooms

They need to change the sheets & covers & pillows with good quality ones. They have to be careful about client choices because clients make a lot of noise in the corridor as all rooms very close to elevator. And their water system is making strange noises, easy to heard in rooms, even it can wakes you up (coming from other rooms bathrooms or pipes in general)

The location is amazing and extremely convenient. Literally 1 minute walk to the main road full of cafes and restaurants, the shopping centre (City’s) is less than 5 minutes walk away, and Osmanbey metro station is maximum 5 minutes walk. The bathroom is really big and the reception staff kindly allowed us to store our suitcases before check-in and after check-out. Thank you!

The hotel was great, clean and tidy, with a reasonable price, and close to all the things a person might need. The employee Alperen at the reception was a nice and helpful person, and he spoke English, which made communication easy

Location was good and convenient, just a few minutes from the metro station. Room and terrace were absolutely amazing

loved the property and the location, reception staff very friendly and welcoming specially Gamo “not sure how to pronounce the name properly” only thing is second day upon our arrival there was construction taking a place 2 meter from the hotel and it was kinda loud. other than that highly recommended.
