On two different occasions in May-June 2023, I stayed in this hotel with my family. Though we had booked a standard room for our first stay we were generously upgraded to a suite. This was the first sign of the excellent hospitality of the hotel management. Indeed, all the hotel employees that we got to know were friendly, polite and very helpful when assisting us with many different types of practical information. The daily complimentary bottle of water was a thoughtful touch. Our first suite was one large room with a king bed, a sitting area and a fully equipped kitchenette (a fridge, microwave, hotplate and a coffee maker). Free Wi-Fi was available in the room and quite sufficient for most purposes. The room was clean there was plenty of storage room and the maid service was perfect. The bathroom facilities were fully functional. Our second stay was in a slightly different suite with two single beds that we had booked. The only difference between the two suites worth mentioning is that the single beds were a bit narrow and the mattresses were somewhat tired. This did not however stop us from enjoying a pleasant stay at this hotel. On the list of positives, we must underline the excellent location of the hotel. Not only is there a wide range of eating /drinking places to choose from, but the area also offers plenty of shopping opportunities at a whole range of price levels. Moreover, with the Osmanbey metro station, you are about 7 or 8 minutes away from an extensive transport system with which to discover different parts of this mega city.

Good hotel at great location. The apartment was big enough and the kitchenette was good for our needs. The location is the best thing about the hotel and the price is good for what's offered. Staff is nice and English knowledge is OK. It's possible to wash clothes in a special room for self-washing. There is an expensive parking nearby which is good, because you can always leave your car 20 meters from the hotel. Free WIFI was great and I could successfully work all day.

The floor was averagely clean, which is good for an office where people walk with shoes. We traveled with an infant, so we couldn't let him crawl on the floor. The baby bed was old and few times one of the top sides got unlocked easily and I finally gave up trying to lock it. The entrance is not friendly for baby strollers and wheelchairs. No ramp or rails. The ceiling is lower than what's usually in the EU and I could hit it with my hands if I try to stretch them up The water pressure was going up and down, but never too low, so it was only annoying, but no real problem. I would visit again, the negatives aren't big.

Accommodation We stayed in a standard room that was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. Amenities The hotel provides free Wi-Fi, which was fine, unless you want to watch 4K quality movie. Service The service at Gallery Residence Hotel is truly commendable. From the moment I checked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive. They were always ready to help, to provide helpful tips about local attractions and dining options. The place succeeded in making me feel welcomed. Cleanliness Cleanliness is clearly a priority at the Gallery Residence Hotel. Our room, as well as the common areas, were impeccably maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring that everything was spotless. Value for Money Considering the prime location, the quality of the rooms, and the level of service, the Gallery Residence Hotel offers good value for money.

My recent two-night stay at Gallery Residence and Hotel in Istanbul was simply outstanding. It was my second visit, and I felt like I was returning home in my favorite neighborhood. I travelled with my husband and parents and we had the suites on the 4th floor of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The hotel's personel was very polite and helpful. They upgraded one of the rooms without charging us the difference. The location of the hotel was very good, in the neighborhood Nisantasi, which is one of the good neighborhoods of the City center of Istanbul, not so far away from Taksim square (15 minutes by taxi, around 100/150 TL cost). We used taxi to visit the city. And we didn't go out a lot in the hotel's neighborhood, but there was a nice beer house / bar around the corner, were we went a couple of times.

We forget an item in the room and the owner promptly took action and graciously sent it to our country free of charge. This level of attentiveness and care truly reflects the dedication of the staff and the commitment to guest satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel has a great location, very nice rooms, super clean with great amenities especially in the family suite. Towels supply is great. The staff is very helpful. The coffee and tea variety in the rooms is very generous. There is a convenient supermarket facing the hotel. WiFi is excellent. The roof room has an amazing view and a nice small balcony.

There were noisy works facing the hotel during our stay. There weren’t any tissues in the rooms. The roof room with balcony has water leakage from rain.

Everything: The cleanliness, the welcome and helpfulness of the staff and above all the location very close to the metro and Osmanbey Boulevard which has absolutely all the amenities but without the noise that goes with it. Living room and fully equipped kitchenette with large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, etc. I will come back again without hesitation.

It is apart hotel right on the side street leading to Nisantasi bustling shopping area and Macka park. And place is small but amazing boutique like. Apartment itself is rather spacious, have fully appointed kitchen, great bedroom and bathroom and, in Istanbul this is a rare gem, perfect sound isolation so you get full night sleep. Breakfast is basic Turkish but still very tasteful and the staff is extra kind and helpful. With all the overpricing in the tourism world this summer this is great value for money and even more.

Just to write something, there should be a smaller pot in the kitchen so one can cooked eggs or instant noodles.
