I just returned from a wonderful stay at this hotel and I can't help but share my positive experience! Kindest Staff From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the kindness and attention to detail of the staff. They were the kindest people I have ever met in a hotel. Every question and request was met with a smile, making my stay especially enjoyable. Delicious Breakfast The breakfast was a true delight! The wide variety of dishes would satisfy even the pickiest eaters. Excellent Location The hotel is in a perfect spot! I was able to easily get to the best shopping malls and quickly reach the sea by taxi. It’s an ideal combination for those wanting to enjoy shopping and the sea. Support in a Tough Time Unfortunately, I got sick and had to change my plans. The hotel staff was incredibly responsive and kind, offering to extend my stay at a very reasonable price. I was very grateful for their support. Comfortable Rooms The rooms were very cozy and well-equipped. The air conditioners worked perfectly, allowing me to adjust the temperature to my liking. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend the Gleam Collection Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay.

It’s important to understand that this is not a typical commercial 5-star hotel, but rather a smaller boutique-style property. As such, the rooms are more compact, and while tastefully designed, they may feel smaller than what you’d find in larger chain hotels. There is no swimming pool, and the gym is extremely limited, almost symbolic in size. If you're the type of traveler who prioritizes hotel facilities and enjoys spending time on-site, you may want to consider a different option. However, if you're visiting for sightseeing or business, and plan to spend most of your time out and about, this hotel is an excellent choice, especially thanks to its superb location and exceptionally helpful staff.

In a nutshell, here's what makes this place great: - The exceptional staff - Prime location - Delicious breakfast - Comfortable bed size, choice of pillows, and various types of blankets with different stuffing - Impeccable cleanliness This was my first visit to Istanbul, and I was keen on ensuring that the hotel would meet my expectations, particularly regarding location, cleanliness, and comfort, given our week-long stay. The Gleam Collection proved to be the perfect choice. Firstly, the staff was exceptional! They were readily available for any required assistance and remarkably proactive in general. The team's service goes above and beyond their basic responsibilities; they handle your baggage and car, ensure your room is cleaned at a time that suits you, offer recommendations for places to visit, and provide you with a plastic card (which you can load with credits) for public transport. The hotel's parking option allowed us to conveniently park our car right in front of the building. If no spots were available, the staff would handle parking it in a nearby paid lot, and the hotel would cover the bill. We entrusted our keys to the staff, allowing them to move the car if necessary, and we didn't worry about it during our stay. Many of the places we wished to explore were within walking distance, ranging from 30 minutes to an hour away, while the rest were easily accessible via the public transportation options available near the hotel. P.S. We checked out the spa out of curiosity, but we didn't use it. It featured a sauna, a small steam room, and a Turkish bath. It appeared clean and well-maintained.

The noise cancellation could use some enhancement. Our room overlooked an inner courtyard, usually a peaceful spot. Overall, the hotel is situated on a quiet street, a significant advantage considering its central location. Nonetheless, we could still hear conversations, phone sounds, coughing, and other noises from neighboring rooms.

My go to hotel in Istanbul. Since i first stayed with Gleam Collection 2 years ago, i always stay here twice a year. Perfect location, perfect polite nice and always ready to help staff. Always welcoming with a great smile. I would like to mention everyone but unfortunately i don’t remember all the names. Can, Eda, Selcuk, Ufuk, Zuhal and everyone else is super welcoming and serviceable. Thank you for a great stay and especially to Can, Eda and the guy who checked me out whome i don’t know the name of. Always smiling and polite.

Location is great! We saw Istanbul without taking any taxi or public transport almost at all as location is close to everything. Staff is super friendly! Eda from reception, our cleaning lady Sadide are people i want to note especially! They were so attentive and did their best to make our stay comfortable.

An exceptional hotel experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, I was warmly welcomed by the reception team with smiles and great professionalism. The staff were extremely helpful with every little detail, from the smallest requests to the biggest needs. When it was time to check out, I asked for a late checkout due to my flight schedule. They didn’t hesitate to accommodate me — they updated the system and informed me that the official checkout time is 12 PM, but they fully understood my situation. They kindly asked me to pack my belongings and kept my luggage in an unoccupied room, allowing me to use it until 6 PM without asking for any extra fees. I would especially like to thank Mr. Amrah (عمرة) — he was truly one of the best hotel staff members I’ve ever encountered: professional, courteous, and incredibly helpful. Another wonderful touch is that the hotel offers free coffee, tea, and water all day long. Even when I was leaving, they thoughtfully gave me cold water for the road. In short, it was a perfect stay with outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel and deeply appreciate the warmth and hospitality of all the staff.
