One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Istanbul. The hotel’s strategic location, with the metro station right in front of the hotel entrance, made it incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel is located next to a shopping mall, and all the shops are just a few minutes’ walk away. The area is beautiful and perfect for shopping, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. The experience was exceptional. The rooms were clean and well-organized, and we were given a complimentary room upgrade to a room with a beautiful balcony view. The staff were the hotel’s strongest point; all of them were helpful and accommodating. Starting with the bellboy who welcomed us professionally and assisted us, to the reception team who ensured the check-in process took less than 10 minutes, and the excellent housekeeping and room service teams. Before heading to the airport, we utilized the luggage wrapping service at the hotel for a very reasonable price. They wrapped the luggage professionally, tied ribbons, and labeled each piece with our room number. They even added “fragile” tags where necessary. When leaving the hotel, the weather was stormy, but the staff managed our luggage perfectly and even opened umbrellas for us, ensuring we reached our car completely dry. Although I frequently travel to Istanbul, this experience was truly unique. A special thanks to Mr. (Ugur) and Mr. (Hazar) and Mr.(DERVIS) for their exceptional service.

The location was pretty much at the center of Nisantasi. Everything is close by. The bellmen were very helpful specially Devish and all of them were friendly. The receptionist Busra upgraded my room for free so I got a Balcony, very thankful to her. I will definitely stay there again.

Honestly nothing to mention here. Cannot think of anything negative in the hotel. Will be unfair to mention anything negative.

Price: reasonable. Location: located in a good area, close to shopping, and restaurants. Customer service: excellent service from the hotel staff. Cleanliness: well-maintained and clean.

The hotel charged me for a banana when I requested one for my child. I believe it would have been a nice gesture if they provided it for free, as other hotels do. After all, it's just a banana!

Newer property. Was clean and the rooms were good size . Great location to M2 metro line.

Breakfast options were same throughout our stay. Room cleaning was hit or miss- we had a few days where basic things like water and toilet paper were not replenished.

The staff, especially the front desk, were incredibly accommodating; my flight landed rather early and they allowed me to check in early so I could get much needed sleep and rest.

The location - it is on the main street of a very crowded hub (main intersection and a metro station); while the convenience vis a vis proximity to the station is notable, it was too chaotic for my liking

Very clean, new, toilets are clean and well equipped, offering free water everyday, breakfast are nice and delicious and prices are good Location: Neshantishi street Shakeshack burgers, starbucks, nero Carrefure mini, money exchange, shawarma shops, bakery, turkish desserts shops.. etc And mall. We had terrace rooms. Very secure. There is security 24 hrs. Also security ppl go around and check all visitors doors to make sure it is closed. They have wrapping luggage services for 150 turkish liras for each bag. Their staff are wonderful (security ppl, receptionists, trainee receptionist, front desk staff, restaurant, cleaning staff, luggage handling staff. Special thanks to Ekram (front desk) and her colleagues (forget their names) who checked us in and out easily and fast.

A bit higher price could be because of the summer season.

i really enjoyed how close it was to nisantasi and taksim square. The staff was the best staff i’ve ever encountered in my many stays at 5 star hotels. They were absolutely amazing and kind, very helpful, Merler,moustafa, hamea, hazer and the very kind man at the front desk with the green eyes. They helped us find taxis, good restaurants, just helpful all around. I felt very safe in the hotel and comfortable and so did my friends. A fantastic experience and would go again to this hotel.

I really enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the hotel. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and everything you might need. The interior design is modern and elegant, creating a relaxing and stylish environment. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh and tasty options each morning.

The only issue was with the daily housekeeping. While the room was in great condition at check-in, the ongoing cleaning during the stay could be improved. I also found a wet used robe that seemed to have been left behind by the previous guest. That said, this shouldn’t reflect poorly on the hotel overall—it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Istanbul.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect—just behind the hotel is a vibrant street full of fashion boutiques and clothing stores, and many great restaurants and markets are within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Reception is available 24/7, and the concierge service was excellent—every request was handled promptly and with care. They really go out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable and well taken care of. Thank you for a great experience!

The only downside I noticed was that the sound insulation of the room doors wasn’t very strong. At times, I could hear noise from the hallway, which slightly affected the overall sense of privacy.
