We loved our stay at Inncity. People, rooms, location - it was great. I was hesitant to book breakfast becayse if the reviewes gere, but we have tried and booked for all 10 nights we stayed there. Special thanks to the Chef in the kitchen. The older lady is absolut gem: she cooked incredible medeterranian food every day- it was versatile and tasty. She also prepared different omelette sorts when we asked her. We stayed with kids and she was very attentive to our kids too. It is not Western or European food with tons of breads and cheese, but we came eat medeterranian breakfast with peynir,lots of vegetables and olives. Reception was great and kept a spare room for my mom right next to our room although we did not know if she would come. Very helpful! Shuttle transfer eas super. One more thing about food: the hotel gas a delivery option, which was great as well. Rooms are clean, they support green concept and clean upon request- we support that! Baby bed was perfect and clean. The building has and elevator and accessible entrance (no stairs), which is important for us with kids and elderly Location is perfect. Nisantasi is a place to be! Hope to go back soon.

We struggled with controlling the air conditioning at night but it seems to be due to old system. You can ask for more blankets. Not a criticism: Turkey is not a Western world, especially not like in Germany. Tourists should bring and open mind and they will love the chaos of the city.

We stayed at Inncity Hotel Nişantaşı in Istanbul and were absolutely delighted with our stay. Location: The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the Nişantaşı district, providing easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants for every taste. Despite the central location, the hotel is peaceful and quiet, as the room windows face a courtyard and a calm street. Cleanliness: The rooms are impeccably clean, which made our stay especially comfortable. Nuray cleaning Perfect. Thank you for everything Mrs. Nuray Staff: The reception staff were extremely friendly and always ready to assist with any questions. Special thanks to Tolga and Nigâr for their professionalism and care. Breakfast: We booked our stay with breakfast included. Although the selection was small, everything was prepared very cleanly and had a homemade touch. We especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs and the delicious Turkish coffee. Room Cleaning: The housekeeping service was outstanding, with clean and comfortable beds, fresh towels, and attention to detail. We will definitely return to Inncity Hotel Nişantaşı on our next visit to Istanbul.

My stay exceeded my expectations. I'm especially grateful for the warm welcome I received. Unfortunately, upon my arrival in Istanbul, my wallet was stolen, and I lost all my documents. When I arrived at the hotel, I was welcomed by Nigar, who was my safe haven and my comfort at that moment! I will never forget her help and hospitality!

The hotel fully met our expectations. Clean, beautiful, comfortable, quiet, and parking is included. I would especially like to note the work of the staff, all employees worked great. I would especially like to appreciate the efforts of Emrah and Arda. These guys do their job for 10 points.

It is a small, totaly renovated hotel on a small quite street, 5mins from metro. Very clean, shining bathroom. Next street is full of shops, traditional turkish restaurants working till midnight. It is walking distance from Tashir. Very nice personel, speaking English. They ordered a taxi for our early flight in the morning with possibility to pay by card. I revomend!

The location is excellent, near metro station and in very nice area. My room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfy. The wifi was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was closed during my stay but the staff were ready to make personal breakfast upon request.

lovely staff at reception and restaurant. very helpful and kind. Breakfast had different kinds of cheese and bread/pastery, egg also available, and tea and coffee. Hotel is located in an inner safe street. Close to shops, restaurants and the Istanbul Congress Centre.

Inncity Hotel was a blessing. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was central and close to all kinds of transportation. The area around the hotel is very lively. Breakfast was great. Very safe and I would definetly stay there again and will recommend it to my friends travelling to Istanbul.

Cozy place, tidy rooms, location is great, good value, and the staff were so friendly and lovely ( Tolga, Nigar, Shon, and the rest 🖤) they take a good care of the residence. i enjoyed staying here really, and definitely will visit again .

Location, clean, value

Loved the location, a walk away from the center of Nisantasi, and a 15 minute walk to Taksim. Close to all the restaurants and amenities. Try Mr. Hamza burger (wow). The metro is a 3 minute walk away. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Miss Nigar ( such a wonderful smile) and thanks to all the staff at the reception!
