I recently stayed at this hotel in Istanbul for 7 days and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location is fantastic — very central and convenient for exploring the city. The service was excellent; the staff were responsive, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were modern, clean, and spacious, making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. I also really appreciated the stable and fast Wi-Fi. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

- The phone in the room wasn’t working. - Found some hair on the extra linen. - During check-out, the staff kept insisting on arranging a private transfer to the airport, asking more than three times even after I told them I had already booked a taxi. - They also questioned the price I paid, which felt unnecessary. - No assistance with my luggage when my taxi arrived.

The location was really good it is close to all the places we needed to visit The staff was welcoming and friendly Ferit’s area recommendations were great specially because it was our first time in Istanbul Zuha and Younes always made sure our stay was comfortable and everything we needed was available Moussa and Haroon were always ready to help us whenever they saw us coming to into the hotel greeting us with a smile too We loves that the hotel hired someone like Maryam as she was really helpful to all the guests specially the Arabs as she can communicate there needs to other staff members Whenever we asked the receptionist about a place to go they assist us by making the reservation and providing transportation too. Our reservation was with breakfast the options were really tasty.

That was a great stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. They were very helpful fır everything. Breakfast variety was too much. There were all kinds of products. Rooms were so clean and luxury. They helped with our every request. Serdar, Anil, Derya, Celal, Ercan, the whole restaurant team and the whole hk team were excellent. The hotel is in a very central location, very close to taksim, shopping centers. I will definitely choose the Bentley Hotel in our next visit

The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant decor, spacious rooms, location and breathtaking views of the city. However, what truly made my stay exceptional were the people who went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable visit. A special shoutout to Hilal and Metin , two of the most dedicated and professional staff members I have ever encountered. Hilal, with her warm smile and attention to detail, made me feel right at home. She was always available to answer my questions, provide recommendations, and ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect. Metin on the other hand, was incredibly attentive and proactive. His professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction. Whether it was arranging transportation or suggesting the best local spots to visit, he went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed.

10/10. I really enjoyed the hotel. The room was OK. The style was nice, but the employees were really great. They were polite and helpfull. Whenever we needed something or we had any questions, they helped us. They arranged transport from the airport and back. They always asked if we wabted anything or to take drinks with us ir while we are waiting. And the rooms were cleaned really well. The faucets were visibly cleaned daily and thoroughly, as well as the rest of the room. A lady named Gülten at the breakfast hall was really nice, as well as the employees at the service desk. Everyone of them. I would visit this hotel again.

Everything was likeable there

The rooms are spacious and have modern design elements. Everything was clean and there were ample amenities such as lotions, shower gels and they even gave organic shampoo and lotion for my daughter. The staff was excellent. Welcoming and quick to respond to all our queries. Specially Ms. Zoha (SHE SHOULD BE PROMOTED) because of her communication and guidance on the food and nearby areas. I gave 9 out of 10 because the mini bar was not cooling and upon complaining, it still wasn't fixed. Not a big issue but something to fix. The location is excellent, 5-6 minutes walk to the nisintasi city mall and Hafiz Mustafa, and Tesvikey street is 10-12 minutes walk away where most of the restaurants and shops are present. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

The staff is very hospitable. The location is ideal for a walk to Taksim Square (20 mins walk) or the downtown area.

This is definitely not a 5 star hotel (4 star at best). They compensate for the lack of amenities by offering exceptional service. The view outside the room is a back alley with a dumpster site. I’d say you probably could get a better hotel for the same price point.
