The property was very nice, clean and big enough The staff were super super amazing and helpful, all of them were friendly and with a nice welcoming smile on their face all the time My flight was overnight and i arrived the hotel early so when they saw me very tired they arranged a very early check in for me and i am very thankful for that🤗 the location of f the hitel is very near to everything and you can simply go by walking to Takseem square which is amazing

The couch/ sofa bed had some big spots on it, maybe some guests before they throw some liquid on it, the cover if it needs to be changed ASAP

The hotel stuff was so friendly and kind, the communication experience was awesome. The suits were good as well, but some of the furniture (shower tap for instance) is waiting to be repaired. But overall the location is quite central, so it wasn't a problem to reach everything we wanted.

Actually there are just a few minuses. First of all, the furniture isn't quite new, so we'd like the shower tap not to be easily removed (cause you just want to change the water temperature and it happens). Second, there were kitchens in our suits, but there were no frying pan in either of them. I've checked personally all the kitchen drawers and even an ovens, but I haven't found any. Then I went to the reception and asked for the pans, the reception guy said the pans are in the suites (but there weren't any actually). Well... For breakfast we went to a cafe so it wasn't a problem, but in case you're going to cook there - that might be a problem

It was a perfect stay!! The owner is a fantastic person, kind and very helpful, the area is very quiet and safe, at the reception there is always someone who controls who comes in and who goes out and cameras everywhere so for a woman traveling alone it is very safe! We will definitely come back next year!! Thanks for the welcome see you soon!

It was all fantastic!

I had an amazing stay at Joy Suite. Everything was perfect. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and filled with natural light. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and the receptionist was always helpful, making my stay so pleasant that I extended it. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing the service was great with cleaning wide nice decorations bed furniture kitchen bathroom dining room and the main thing left with stairs of course the reception staff were very helpful…….. thank you for everything

There is nothing wrong

The staff were so lovely and friendly, and as a woman travelling alone I felt very safe. The apartment is spacious for the price and has some basic kitchen amenities.

My only complaints were that the shower often couldn't heat up - I was there in summer so it wasn't a problem but if it were a bit colder I might have struggled. The Aircon is ok, but not the best and I did have to deal with some ants in the room.

The location is near a bus station 3 min walk Near to metro station 15 min walk 3 mins away from some restaurants Trace view is pretty nice Staff is very helpful

When you go out to the bus station, you have to climb a hill which might be tough for some people The trace room's ceiling is descending and you might get your head hit, but that wasn't an issue although me and my wife got our head hitted in the ceiling

Located in a quiet street, just 10 minutes from the convention center and from Taksim Square, with lots of little cafes nearby for breakfast. Spotless. The air conditioner works very well. The owner arranged for a taxi for the trip back to the airport.

You can hear the conversations until people go to sleep, though it was very quiet after that.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and tidy. The staff is always ready to help you. They are very polite. I will come back again.

There was an oven and a gas stove, but the utensils you had to cook food in were very bad and unclean. I also wish there were utensils.
