Exceptional value for money, away from the hussle and bustle of the centre of Istanbul. We loved the area (away from the tourist traps with plenty exceptional restaurants close by) and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming- as two female travellers we felt very safe during our stay. Lovely breakfast in the morning with huge variety - something to suit everyone. Very well located for the metro and buses so extremely easy to get to all the sites. Felt very safe walking the area very late at night. Hotel had a nice chilled out atmosphere - every time we came back from our daily travels we were warmly welcomed and always offered a variety of drinks. Lovely people working at the hotel !!! Highly recommended - Thank you !!!

We loved Harbiye Residence, rooms look exactly like pictures, they’re cleaned daily and the location is great. Parking is also available and although it’s tight, the staff help you with parking. Location is also great in terms of being close to a metro station. Would highly recommend.

What I truly appreciated about this property was not only its charm and comfort, but also the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to every request, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. What you see is exactly what you get—no surprises, just great service and a welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit Istanbul!

Everyone on the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly - they went out of their way to offer drinks and make sure I felt completely comfortable. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything you need. On top of that, the location is absolutely perfect with many shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

The wifi signal on the second floor was not very strong.

Wonderful experience. There was excellent communication before arrival and hotel staff helped me sort out airport transfer which was reliable,comfortable and luxurious. As a solo traveller I felt safe and well looked after at all times. All staff members were very respectful and polite. My room was wonderful. Large, extremely clean and modern. I looooooved it so much. WiFi was good. My room was quiet as I had requested. Daily cleaning. The towels were soft. The staff was attentive and helpful at all times (when I needed instructions to get somewhere, help book a taxi etc) Breakfast was very good. The hotel is located near the conference center (7min comfortable walk) in a district where there are lots of shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this value for money boutique hotel and I am certainly coming back.

The alley where property is located is steep which makes it difficult for old people to walk up to the main road, (luckily not too long distance about 100 meter)

Nice hotel, close to many attractions but still in quite area. Staff are very kind and cooperative all the times.

Friendly and welcoming staff. It was clean and tidy with excellent room service. Fresh towels and cleaning every day. Quiet area with no disturbance.

The location is not ideal but manageable. Hotel is on a steep road which made it difficult for taxi pickups and drop offs. More variety in breakfast. Fresh yogurt and different juices would have been nice. Hooks in the bathroom for hanging clothes are needed.

There’s no lobby just some couches on corner, the facilities photos in booking gives bigger view but in reality the hotel is very small, the elevator is small and can only have 3 persons, when you get out of the hotel there is a high road gradient you have to walk through to get to the main street
