The room and the service has been much more satisfying than expected. The room can be cleaned every day if you ask for it and there is a mini boiler over the mini fridge in order to prepare your coffee or tea if you like. The hotel is near the metro station Osmanbey but it' s an uphill road that leads to it. The hotel has an elevator and it functions, which I find very important because many buildings in Istanbul neither have an elevator nor it works!!! The receptionist Eyüp is a very gentle and friendly young man that has tried to solve every problem we had.

The main problem has been the plumbing of the bathroom. We had to put towels below the lavatory and the shower. Eyüp has called a plumber but may be the problem is much more difficult than expected and couldn' t be solved during our stayment.

I have never slept better!! The bed was huge and so comfortable, the air conditioning was perfect, the room was quiet. The entrance of the hotel feels a little bit off and you don't get the feeling this is a very nice bit of the city but the rooms! The doors has separate locks from the inside so they couldn't be opened. And again the bed was amazing. Location is good too, you're just off the main street that's still crowded and busy at 12am. I would stay here again.

The entry to the hotel and the lift were a bit old and seemed like they weren't being taken care of very well. Even though my stay was thoroughly enjoyable and I think the whole budget went to the rooms instead of the lobby, my first impression of the hotel was a bit concerning. But since I know the hotel is very safe and very comfortable, this is not at all important. If you feel the same way when you enter, don't make up your mind before seeing the room.

The staff was very professional and nice, the room was cheap and comfortable.

There were some power and water outages from time to time. It was outside the hotel's control, but inconvenient nonetheless

I have just returned home after 4 day visit to Istanbul. I was travelling alone and decided to book into the Won Plaza due to its previous positive reviews. Honestly my time at the hotel was perfect, the staff are amazing and very helpful. The hotel is clean and close by to restaurants, bars and shopping. The metro station is 5 min walk away. There is a sheesha cafe next to the hotel and staff there are so welcoming that I did not want to leave. Would I recommend this place to others, yes. Highly and I will be returning back and booking the same hotel. Thank you

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Especially, there was a stuff at the front desk, his name is Kasym from Kazakhstan. He was so nice and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

I have been to Istanbul many times. at many hotels here. but this is the first time I have experienced such a very nice, magnificent hotel in Istanbul in the 15 days I have stayed in it. a very new, clean and central hotel. sweet and nice and helpful staff. everything worked perfectly, including very fast and strong wifi

There is no thermostat on the room, also there is permanent carpet in the room (all the hotels in Istanbul have permanent carpets for some reason)

During stay it was very friendly and the served,residence was very fantastic and also gave me a one night as because my flight was changed and I should stay one more night 😊☺. that was so nice service I had also the hotel was clean and so confiedant and the staff was so friendly, smiled and helpful all the time.
