i really liked the reception staff, they were friendly and atttentive guys. the location is also great, close to almost all the important places, u can walk the taksim square. the metro and bus stop are also close by.

i didn't like the breakfast, it was very simple, the same every day. In addition, i didn't like the hotel service, they only changed the trash in the room. when we entered the room there was a lot of dust, the bed linen was not changed and was not cleaned because i found drink cans by the bed. i asked but they didn't changed bed linen, i changed myself, and also didn't have bathrobes. when we asked them to come later, they didn't come to clean.

Very good location 100 m from Nisantasi, Macka, Sisli. Very central and has a free parking for a car.

Rooms are a bit small but all the rest was great. The staff is very helpful and kind.

The breakfast - very limited on the variety. Also it was dished up in plates before our arrival for breakfast. We only had breakfast the first and last day of our stay. The bathroom - when we were done showering, the floor was soaked. The door of the shower makes no sense. I suggest you have a sliding door that closes the shower completely and not half a door.

I had a wonderful experience at Factuel Life Hotel and would like to express my gratitude to the management and staff for their exceptional hospitality and support during my three-night stay. They kindly allowed me to check in early and provided me with a spacious and comfortable room. I will certainly choose to stay here again on my next visit to Istanbul, and I highly recommend it to others.

All the services that was provided was spectacular. Overall had an amazing stay at this location, the room service, cleaning staff and breakfast was top notch. It’s located near the city center and has walking distance to popular areas. Highly recommend it.

The only thing good at that hotel was the staff member name Jamal. He was very kind and supportive. He tried his best to resolve the issues with the room. That rating is just for Jamal and not for the hotel.

The AC wasn't working and took 3 days to fix. The breakfast was no more than a joke and the lady serving the breakfast was very rude.

I was very impressed by this place. I will most definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The staff was friendly and professional. The bed was also very comfortable. A special thanks to Noorala for giving us tips on navigating the city and being hospitable!
