The staff are very friendly and they help you with everything you ask. They even took our luggages to our room. The furniture is brand new. There is housekeeping everyday. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and also it is only 20 minutes away from Taksim Square. There are shops and restaurants open at every hour close. I would come back to this hotel.

The temperature was too high in the room because of the floor heating and you couldn’t set it lower so we had to sleep with all of the windows open.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this place. The bird's eye view we had a privilege to behold from our balcony was the best. And even though we were not renting the most expensive room in the hotel, the room and the service not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Thanks to the caring cleaning lady we were never bothered with a dirty floor or not fresh towels - they cleaned the room and changed the towels on a daily basis. Which we are very grateful for! Also, we could always count on the help from the other staff members when it came to ordering a taxi, food or keeping an eye on our luggage in between our check-out and departure to the airport. And special thanks for having rescued us! My girlfriend and I once got stuck in the elevator when coming back to the room. We called the reception and the help was there immediately! All in all, the place is wonderful. The next time we're coming to Istanbul we are definitely staying there again.

The location is close to market and close to Osmanbey metro station and if you like walking it is not far from taksim Square and the price is acceptable.

There is no slope in the enternc if you have stroller to get access easily to the apartment.

It looks way more fresher on the photos then in real life

Old furniture, marks on the walls everywhere. Proximity to the mosque, which woke me up at 6am almost every night. Such things should be stated in advance

the furniture is not the same as what they have shown in the photos. the units need a lot of maintenace especially the bathrooms.
