Good value for money, comfortable beds, good facilities, clean, great staff

Location was not great, located on a steep hill, not enough isolation for noise and outside temperature by the window, or in the room, could hear everything going in with the neighbors, and on each floor of the hotel, mold on bathroom ceiling

We enjoyed our stay here very much. We were in a 3 roomed connected and the rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable. A housekeeper was available daily to clean the rooms and the shower has consistent hot water. The beds were also comfortable and the rooms air conditioned.

The hotel is on a hill and accessible by about 30 steps so not ideal for wheelchair users, however, the staff are available to carry your luggage. The lift is too small and can only accommodate 2 people.

Its nice near and clean place to stay. For the price the facilities are amazing and it is a very good option for those who like to keep budget in control. We had a two bedroom suite and it had one double bed, two single bed and two separate bathrooms.

There is not much to dislike. The overall price experience is very good. Its a little away from Taksim square with a bit of a walk you have to do everytime you wanna go there. But it is ok for the price that are offering.

Thr staff were excellent, really helpful and polite

I went for medical and some guests were really loud late night and I felt the staff could have controlled the situation but didn't. It was also for multiple nights which was very stressful for me. Overall it was a very nice stay, the hill from and to the hotel was also a little inconvenience especially I went for medical however, if I do go back for leisure I'll happily stay in same hotel.

To be realistic and everything considered, The location was fine, the rooms were smaller than the pictures, but the staff managed to change our rooms to larger rooms, and it was ok after all.

Very comfortable, friendly staff and great value for money. Breakfast is alright. Cleaning was very good every day, with attention to details, every evening I found the room in excellent condition.

The hotel is located next to a variety of public transport options to the city center, but accessing the main street requires climbing stairs and a steep ascent for two blocks - manageable but a bit annoying.

You have to pass a slop and stairs to reach the hotel entrance which is very challenging for olderly people.

The staff was very helpfull starting from the first day that visit them they do to me early check in also the help me to carry my luggages.

The breakfast it's simple also alots of ledders to reach the hotel.

The room was nice cozy. I loved it. The hotel was very clean with an exceptional breakfast. Saff was helpful, polite. They have a detox water right at the front desk. There is a small convention store up the stairs outside. I truly enjoyed my stay

It is a little hard to find and you HAVE to climb some stairs. It is not for the handicap there is no handicap access. I have a heart problem so going up the stairs was a little hard for me. I had to pay someone to carry my bags up because I could not carry the bags and walk up the stairs. The taxi driver had a very hard time finding it and we had to ask a neighboring hotel were it was.

Helpful staff, close to Taksim square, room cleaned daily. Budget friendly. Suitable for work trip.

Access to location by stairs, noises from nearby rooms. Smell of cigarette smoking from adjacent rooms. Less breakfast choices for vegetarians. kitchenette with no utensils. Room service food more expensive than the city.
