Although my first impression of Hubi Hotel was a bit disappointing because of how small the hotel, reception, and even the restaurant are — I was honestly shocked at how it could have such a high rating on Booking (9 out of 10). But after staying there, I realized it truly deserves it. My stay was wonderful and far above expectations. The team goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Their service is excellent and consistent — whether at the front desk, housekeeping, or the restaurant, everyone is professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. I especially can’t forget how professional Sinan was — when my son got hurt, he immediately guided us to the nearest hospital and even checked later on to ask about his health. Also, the front desk staff member who spoke a little Arabic kept joking with my son, which made him so happy. Despite the small rooms, the friendly and warm atmosphere makes a huge difference when traveling. I truly appreciate the effort of the whole team in creating such a pleasant experience. Thank you, Hubi Hotel, for making our stay memorable — I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul! P.S. If you plan to walk around Istanbul, especially near the hotel, get your knees ready — there are a lot of slopes!

I recently stayed at The Hubi Hotel in Istanbul and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff were exceptionally kind and polite, and I would especially like to thank Mr. Mehmet and Mr. Emir, as well as the courteous lady at the lobby whose warm attitude made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were cleaned and organized every day, which really added to the comfort of our stay. The hotel offered a decent breakfast with a good variety, enough to start the day right. If I had to mention any downsides, it would be the thin walls, which sometimes let in noise from neighboring rooms, and the location, which is a bit of a walk from Taksim Square. However, the hospitality and cleanliness more than made up for it.

The hotel was reasonably priced, clean, and the service was excellent. The rooms were spacious, WiFi was good and we were provided with free parking. Kudos to the hotel team that provided a truly excellent service!

The location is good but not ideal, keeping in mind that you have to walk/climb a good distance to reach the metro station, or taksim square. The breakfast was good value for money but we did encounter some things running out and not being replaced. However, it really does not matter. The great service and the fantastic attitude of the hotel's team compensate for these minor things!

The staff in the hotel were very nice, always trying to help. The room was also okay, the bed was very comfortable. A/C was working properly. Sheets and towels were clean. There’s a cleaning room service daily but you can always put a sign that you don’t want it. Once you leave the hotel area and get to the more central street you can find a variety of food options, supermarket etc (around 5min walk), metro station and buses are also pretty close.

Breakfast buffet was average, pretty limited choices, nothing for vegans (no plant-based milk or vegan friendly food - you could only eat raw vegetables and fruits and pure bread); also not enough space to sit for the guests so you have to either queue up and wait or choose not to eat. The location of the hotel is not great; true, it’s about 15mins walk from Taxim Square but the road to get there is terrible (especially the road that hotel is situated on) - no sidewalk etc and Turkish drivers are not driving very carefully. The rooms are not soundproof as it is stated in the description - you can hear everything coming from outside your room.

Good day! The hotel and the room were very beautiful, clean and quiet, cleaning was done every day, bed linen and towels were changed every day. Good breakfast, delicious coffee and very tasty cheese. The hotel is in a quiet area, you can walk to the metro (10 minutes walk), bus stops are nearby (5-10 minutes walk). There is a shopping center nearby (20 minutes walk). The area is quiet and calm.

We liked everything

Beautiful hotel. New with such a nice features and gorgeous styles room. I was there on my own for surgery, and I felt so well looked after by the staff. The boys on the reception are absolutely stars. They helped me a lot with all my requests and because of them I felt so welcomed. The hotel staff made me feel very homey and relaxed. Big thank you to them. But also to lovely cleaning staff and the lovely lady in a restaurant. Thank you so much for all your care and pleasant stay.

Only the location. And the room view. I was staying on my own for a week in a room, so good view was very essential for me for my mental health as I was healing after surgery. Unfortunately I had a view on a other building, not much light on my room what made me feel claustrophobic. This put me down a lot. But I guess I could request that before just get bigger room. Otherwise the hotel is amazing.

Good value for the money. Compared to the prices in Istanbul this is ok, including the light breakfast. Staff is ok, spa available, location pretty close to public transport. Again, for the money what they offered is great. (Greetings to Mehmet and Emir)

The walls are extremely thin, we could hear everything from the next room. Rooms are cramped but it’s just the building. Street in front is not great. No sidewalk.

I liked the food was great despite of small dining area l liked the room and furniture was high quality the jacuzzi was brilliant

I didnot like lack of tooth paste and brush in bathroom lack of shaving machines the shampoo and soap were not refilled unless l ask for that no iron was provided till l emailed the hotel administration

Staff were really friendly and ready to help at any time, rooms were clean and nice as it was shown on the photos. Not really bad location.

Breakfast hall was small, tables were really really close to each other and there were just a few things to take for breakfast. The other negative thing was that there were people (workers that work in the area) which are not guest of the hotel but they had breakfast there too. In my room there was a window and when I looked thru I saw a bunch of cigarettes thrown there 🤮
